I like buying snacks from this shop. But today I went in to buy some snacks but the staff didn't pay any attention to me and my boyfriend. The person who came later got it before me. Serving people who come after me But he ignores me and my boyfriend. I am very disappointed with the service. ??

We purchased 3 bear claws which were stale, lacking any resemblance to puff pastry, the filling was hard and basically unedible. The pecan ring was also stale.This was so disappointing and we probably won't return.

Apple Annie's Bake Shop is by far the best bakery in town! Their desserts not only taste amazing but they look beautiful as well. I have enjoyed their cakes for many years and for many different occasions. From birthday parties to weddings they can do it all! It's also a go to for an after school treat. They have so many different options in their bakery case that will satisfy a variety of cravings. Thank you Apple Annie's for always delivering the best in baked goods!

Very disappointed. This is the fourth or fifth time that I've been in there to get individual pastries. Every time when I get them home, they are stale. I even ask the clerk to recommend one for me this time. Do they know what fresh pastries are . They must make all their money on wedding cakes or something. I do not recommend them at all. I'm tired of wasting my money there.

Unbelievably delicious everything. I couldn't figure out why they were still busy a half hour before close on a Saturday until I tasted my first bite of an eclair. We will be back!

Left several messages over a span of 2 weeks trying to order a wedding cake. I never received a call back, but finally got in touch with someone when I called again and again. Unfortunately, their flavors are lacking. Asked about banana, almond, and peanut butter flavors- none of which were an option. Not a good experience, sadly.

My husband doesn’t like lemons but loved the lemon bar… Because I didn’t taste like lemon AT ALL. The crème puff was filled extremely well but seemed to lack some flavor. Everything was very… meh. For the price of their sub-par baked good, I wouldn’t recommend.

What a relief to know that there are businesses that care about customer experience. I'm posting now after speaking to Mikayla, the amazing FOH manager at the Kerr St location for Apple Annie's Bake Shop. She listened to what happened and very kindly offered a gesture in apology for our bad experience back in December. I'm extremely grateful that Mikayla took time from her busy schedule to reach out to make this better. It makes the memory of that part of the wedding better. Thank you, Mikayla for listening. I felt like very unwelcome and seem like they were annoyed by my presence. I asked a question and they seem to be very annoyed.I got pastries for my grandma and cookies for myself. I will say for the price and size, it’s reasonable. However when it comes to taste,inconsistent… even though it was the same cookie. One of the cookie tastes old and one cookie had no flavor. This was my first time at Apple Annie’s and more than likely my last..
Ordered two specialty decorated cakes. They were beautiful and everyone raved at the designs. The cake flavor was delicious! However, we were not fans of the chemical after taste of the icing. It overpowered the cake after a few bites.

We bought a dozen mini chocolate eclairs yesterday and the girl forced them all into one box. It was only when we arrived home in Jacksonville did we realise what had happened, they were all squashed and stuck together in a great lump in the box and had to be thrown away.These pastries are not cheap and to have them packaged in such a fashion is dreadfully lax by the shop staff.Very, very disappointed with the whole experience.

We have gotten my daughter’s birthday cakes here for the past 3 years. We are never disappointed. They are hands down some of the best cakes ever. They do an excellent job on decorating them as well. The store always smells delicious & it’s very interesting. I have also had some of the pastries as well. You can’t go wrong. Love, Love, Love!!
