Erin, in drive thru, was the first happy person I have come across in the industry in a very long time. I don't mean fake happy, or even limited to fast food, I mean in any restaurant in or near Wilmington over the last year! The sweet tea was bad , so my girlfriend and I went back to the store and told the lady at the window about the tea being bad, and she said it was sour so we ordered lemonade and root beer. The fact that you would serve sour tea to customers says that you don't care.

I have went to this arbys twice when in Wilmington and both times the food was not good at all. Both times the meat was cold and dried out on the brisket sandwich like it had been sitting out for hours. The coke tasted like pure syrup both times. The second time I came they had me wait for fresh fries but when I got them half of the box was fresh and the other half old and not warm even the slightest. For a 14.00 meal I would expect at least semi decent food. Will not return.

Not sure if it's a lack of urgency being next to a Chic fil'A, but on the one day said restaurant is closed, Arby's just has no agency. On top of that, check your drink since mine is nothing but carbonation. That is a sign maintenance is not up to code.
