Went to this bojangles on 4-3-24 @ 7:00pm.Go to drive-thru after a very long wait for someone to answer.I place my order only to be told that they have no dark meat (would take 30 minutes) and they have no sides available. How is that possible.They need to close this store, so anybody can come in and do a better job then this management.

First (and likely last) experience at Bojangles. Seemed like there were only 2 workers there. Took over 15 minutes to even take our order and another 15 minutes to get our food-even though there were no other customers inside. Food was OK, but the wait for "fast food" was ridiculous. No apologies or explanation for the delay, just a "here is your order."

This place usually has a B rating. You never know what you may get. Once you are in the driveway you remember why you haven't been there in so long. It could be a long wait. Sometimes the food is good. You have to deal with the service being subpar sometimes. You never know what you are going to get.
Poor service and slow drive thru. I wanted to pull my hair out with no way to get out of line once committed to drive thru pre order. You're better off going to Starbucks for a sandwich. Never seen the inside as it was drive thru only when we went in morning.

Corporate needs to close this store and ban its owner from owning any others. They always look closed at night bc they have no lighting outside but they literally close up to an hour early every night. On the regular. If they are open, my God you've never seen anything like it. You can wait 30 minutes in an empty store for a basic meal. Worst fast food establishment I've ever stepped foot in.

I have eaten here many years growing up and this place has had its issues but the other night was great the manager who was a tall red haired lady who was a manager had her crew in order for the most part cleaning and getting food out an cooked an was very well mannered and made sure I had fresh food it was one of the best experiences I've had there in many years and I plan on going back they should ready appreciate her and her work ethic because I've seen how dirty and out of sorts it can be here but it seems they are getting it together and finally are having good employees again I pray this continues
