I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and I made a order and they had us standing there for a long time when they knew we was standing there and then a worker finally came out and my order been done like it was sitting there then when I went to my car and ate one of my boneless wings there was a hair on my food so I don’t recommend this place.

Watch your wallets here. Our server charged us an extra $9 on top of what was on the itemized receipt and claimed it was because she accidentally added an extra drink, but the drinks are only 3 and some change so even with tax not sure how that comes up to 9 bucks. Said she fixed it, but my bank statement is currently saying otherwise.

Meghan at the bar was awesome tonight! Great service, friendly attitude and fun to talk with. Management should know that I love it every time she's my bartender. ?

My server name was Victoria and at first it seemed it was going to be a nice experience, but it went downhill from there. Another couple came behind us and so I observed how her service was towards us versus the couple behind us. She greeted them pleasantly and gave them great service. They were even able to get their bill and Togo boxes immediately. We were done eating and waited 20 minutes before she acknowledged that we were done. We told her how many boxes to give us she still brought over the wrong number. She tried to also charge me for an extra drink. Her service SUCKED towards us. I've been to a fair amount of restaurants and this is the worst I've been treated in an establishment. My daughter chose to come here for her 14th birthday and this is the atmosphere and attitude she received from attempting to celebrate her Day!! We were nice to her from the beginning and did not change the way we treated her until she really began to be rude to us. We should have spent our money somewhere else.

Bethany really made this place. She didn't fade and kept up with us and our orders. She did a great job and kept a smile on her face the entire time even with the crazy superbowl going on.
I haven’t been disgusted by a restaurant in a long time. I’ve managed a bar and have been a waitress for many years and never have I ever smelled a bar that unsanitary. It smells as if your lines haven’t been cleaned in months. The amount of fruit flies is absurd and the smell of curdled milk overtook my nose throughout my entire meal. The couple next to myself commented on the smell to the bartender as well. Interestingly enough I was at your restaurant 3 months ago and the smell has gotten 10x’s worse since returning which is concerning. With the amount of staff standing around talking about Valentine’s Day plans someone absolutely could be taking the time to deep clean your restaurant.I sincerely hope that this changes upon my next visit because it’s certainly hurting your business in my opinion.

Went in for lunch. Stood inside for awhile and nobody greeted me. So I left but decided to order at the to go desk. Ordered a Burger lunch special. Burger was ok. Fries were old, hard and not edible. Why would you serve old hard fries? Didn't receive my water. Now I remember why I haven't eaten here in years. This is my last time.

I've been a loyal Buffalo Wild Wings customer for many years in different states. Last night when I went with my girlfriend turned out to be one of the worst experiences ever at this particular restaurant chain. We got seated right away and that was about the "only thing" that went right! Took a long time for the waitress to appear at our table to take our drink orders. Then she "forgot" to deliver them! All we ordered were waters with lemons for crying out loud! Even after the food was delivered, she "still" forgot the waters! On top of that, we were never asked how the food tasted, did we need anything else, ect. Didn't check up on us even once! Very busy when we arrived, clearly not enough help! C'mon managers, staff your restaurant better! This is a very busy city with an ever exploding population. The NFC championship game was on and you simply need to have more wait staff for the occasion. The Monkey Jct location has much better service so I'll make the extra 15 minute drive to go there from now on!

Ordered wings and it took 30 minutes to get them. They were overcooked and tough. For the high price of 6 wings ($10.99), I expected more.
