Do Not Eat Here!Do not eat here,The drive thru employee dropped some of my food on the floor and I watched her rewrap the sandwich trying to hide her putting it back in the bag and rebagging the entire order to make it look inconspicuous. I couldn't believe that so I asked her if she did and she was hesitant and acting like it didn't happen. Literally their solution was faking the whole bagging process and throwing it in there. Who does that? The manager offered no assistance for this issue. Had no regard that what happened was a huge health code violationnor offer to apologize for that. Absolutely disgusting, so I asked for a refund and gave the food back because of that's how they act as a staff then there is no telling what else they do that is a huge health code violation. Definitely calling the health department! Already reached out to general manager so hopefully they can put a stop to this nasty employees.

2 people in front of me when I pull to the drive thru. Only two people. Yet it took 30 min for the entire process after ordering. I know places are short on help these days as good help is hard to find but 30 min for 3 orders is absolutely insane for a place that calls themselves a "fast food" restaurant. Lacking help or not, it honestly seems like a blatant lack of care to provide good service to their customers. I used to go to burger King all the time and would still love to go there more but this is the exact reason I don't. Burger King needs to start finding better employees or incentiving the ones they have to be quicker and better. I'm incredibly disappointed in my experience. I would've given a 1 star but at least the food was decent

One of the only restaurants left with a meal below $5 You can never go wrong with the nuggets. The fountain drinks are kinda expensive even though you get a free refill compared to other restaurants like McDonald's which is only $1 The Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries needs to be renamed, There's no ghost pepper at all those chicken fries. A scale 1-5 on the heat I'm not sure if it would even register a 1. Like compared to Wendy's Ghost pepper chicken sandwich it's a good 3.8 on the heat scale
Very nice and friendly Ariana was the woman behind the counter and I went in in a sad mood and thank you Ariana I walked out with a smile and an awesome coffee with a sinfully delicious Hersey
