This place sucks! Pulled into the drive-through on a Thursday night, and was told to wait a minute when there were only two cars in the drive-through! Then paid for food, and was told to pull up and wait again!?? Then after waiting about five minutes for the food, you would think it would be piping hot, but no, leave it to Burger King, the burgers are lukewarm!! BETTER YET, ICE COLD, WITH ALL THE ICE COLD TOMATOES, LETTUCE, KETCHUP, MUSTARD AND MAYO!!!! LIKE EWWWWWWW!!!!! YALL NEED TO GET SOME NEW STAFF AND INCREASE THE WAGE, SO YOUR EMPLOYEES ACTUALLY CARE AND ARE FULL OF ENTHUSIASM AND LIFE, NOT SOME OLD HAGS THAT DON’T CARE BECAUSE THEY HAVE A RETIREMENT FUND!! At least the fries were hot! And that “small” water is a kiddy size, STOP SCAMMING AND GIVE THE CORRECT SIZE! YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN, ANYWHERE!

Absolutely love BK! For me this is my favorite burger. I love the taste of a chargrilled Burger. I have ordered other things too like chicken fries,onion rings and shakes.They are good also. The service is always good.

Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. Food was ok. Chicken nuggets were not freshly cooked, kind of chewy. Had an employee go to the window right in front of where we were seated at an proceeded to jump up and sit on the ledge while smoking a cigarette. Not a very pleasant sight. When we drove up 2 employees were standing out at the entrance smoking. Not an image I would think that Burger King would want to put out there. If an employee wants to smoke then they should take it out of the public's view or at least not right in front of the main entrance.Update as of 5/26/23Went back several times since my last post. Food has gotten considerably better. Everything was hot and fresh. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. We will continue to go back to the BK in Monkey Junction.
