To get fresh hot fries requires the fries to be cooked not just dipping in oil to get outside hot. Went indoors to order and fooled me . Only thing that was hot was oil on bag and outside surface of fries. Waited on my order.

I had an exceptional experience at Burger King! The food was absolutely delicious, deserving a solid 5-star rating. The service was top-notch as well, with the employees being fast, efficient, and attentive. They made sure my order was completely accurate, despite having three separate orders. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also fantastic, creating a pleasant dining environment. I highly recommend Burger King for its outstanding food, excellent service, and overall great experience.
I just came thru the drive thru and I just got a large hash brown, we waited for 5 mins to get our the hash browns. When I went to start eating them i thought I grabbed the ketchup inside bc they were that cold. Why did I wait 5 mins to get COLD HASH BROWNS. This is ridiculous.

This trip to Burger King was impressively horrible! I waited nearly 10 minutes at the drive-thru speaker waiting to place my order and being completely ignored. I repeatedly said "hello?" but didn't get a response at all for 9 minutes. I was finally able to place my order, drove to the pickup window, paid, and was again ignored. After 12 minutes I finally got my food. There were at least 5 or 6 employees inside, and my order was 3 Whoppers & fries. So, this should not have taken about 25 minutes to get food.
