I placed an order for pickup and when I picked up my steak tacos at the door (check #25815667439435776), I asked the hostess for hot sauce to go. Although Ale House did not have any packets available, Lindsay found someone to cover the front door and she came back with hot sauce in a little container. I had already paid for my food and she could have easily told me, “No, we don’t have any for to-go orders”. Thank you Lindsay! I hope your bosses recognize that you have earned a loyal customer!

The food was superb, the service a little lackadaisical, but attentive if not very professional.Parking: PLENTY of parking as they are located roadfront, in the same shopping center as Wing Stop, Skechers, and Mission BBQ, right on College Rd. Their lot is large, but should out fill up, you can use the parking directly behind the restaurant in the main shopping center lot.
We had Kay as our server and she was very Welcoming and made our experience very enjoyable.

Food was delicious and the atmosphere has a fun sports bar/pub feel. Perfect place to take in a game! Our server couldn't tell us anything about the local options on tap but was at least willing to bring us a couple of samples to try. But at an ale house you would expect the servers to be able to talk about the main product!

Take girl is not so bright. Brought my food up with the bag hanging from her arm, completely vertical. I was like omg my burger will most likely not fair well. At least not with Tammy Fay jr running to go. She was however very sweet and polite. I usually come in late night and get food before I hit the hwy to head home. The bartender Mike is an amazing dude. With all the people he greets with his name and gets theirs, you would think he wouldn’t remember who is who. NOPE. He has an incredible memory and while it might take a few visits he at least remembers your face. Food is always on point.

The food is mass produced/ frozen/ tasteless. Not worth the money. The place was dark and a true college atmosphere. Given how close it is to the university, that makes sense. Would not recommend if you’re older and want a nice dinner.
