Saw an employee reach up their @$$ to remove a wedgie, then proceed to serve guest. This all happened while the health inspector was present. I said something to both the manager and health inspector, and neither cared while dismissing me. They gave the chick fil a 100 on sanitation. Neither manager or health inspector incquired who the employee was or addressed the issue . I'm never coming back to this one.

Went at lunch. Went inside to eat, and there weren't many people. The line outside was long, like at all Chick-fil-A's, but moving well from what I could tell. Bathrooms were clean, and service was A plus!
The new hours are ridiculous. I’ll gladly go elsewhere.

The drive thru situation is absolutely bonkers here. Whomever approved this franchise location plans 100% short-changed the logistical experience for customers. The drive through is a perpetual circle of very tight turns and high traffic with unclear signage. Multiple streams of different types(paid and ordering) of customers intermixing. The drive thru blocks all the on-premises parking sports. The bypass lane around the perimeter is also one of the food pickup lanes. Absolutely a mess. Otherwise food and people were good. Manager, you need to dedicate a person to sorting the outside experience out for your incoming customers. I love Chick-fil-A so I mean all of this kindly. Do NOT wanna see this franchise devolve into a massive money grab while lowering franchise quality.

i go about 3 days out of the week and the food is always consistent and tasty. The morning crew is amazing and SO nice and it’s clear they are all happy to be there! I love going here and chatting with the employees!
Has two lines for the drive through but only one attendant even when it’s busy. The fries I received were burnt. To top it all off I never got the ice cream cup I ordered but still payed for it a straw. Definitely one of the worst Chick fila locations I’ve been to. The only reason it doesn’t get one star is because the guy in the window with the hat is awesome.Parking: Cramped and complicated drive through, had two lines and only one attendant.

I had Silas as a cashier and he was INCREDIBLE! He was so kind and made my day with his smile and sweet energy! He genuinely asked how I was doing and made sure I was taken care of. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves because he is an amazing employee! Will definitely be back, hoping to get him as a cashier again!
