Got my catering order wrong 3 times. By the time I got the food it was cold and old.

2/24/2024 I stopped and the drive thru at Mayfair chic-fil-A was wrapped around the store.I decided to go in and order to take my meal home.I ordered for my son and myself and while waiting,I grabbed two packs of ketchup and napkins.As the man called out my name for my order,he noticed that I had two packs of ketchup and he put his nasty hands down in my bag and took two packs of ketchup out and tried to hide them against his side.I took my order and made sure it was correct and went to my car.The nerve for him to stick his nasty greedy hand into my food bag over two packs of ketchup is unacceptable and disgusting. I will not return and I hope Chi --fil-A will not go bankrupt over two packs of ketchup!!!! Such a ridiculous move on his part.Sneaky on his part and Cheap too! Never heard of a limit on ketchup, like I was overboard by two packs! Very poor Customer Service and he did not thank me or anything, just shoved the bag to me.I called on my way home but as soon as someone answered they hung up.Guess it was a bad day for Chick-fil-A

There are Chick-Fil-A's closer to my house, but out of them, I prefer this one. I never get an incorrect order And the food is always fresh. The 12 count nugget meal with Polynesian and Chick-Fil-A sauce with a Sunjoy (1/2 sweet tea 1/2 lemonade) is they way to go if you don't know what you want.Kid-friendliness: They have a separate indoor play area with tables seated nearby so you can keep an eye on your kids.
Their hours say 10 pm (on the door and online). They turned two groups of 4-6 people each away from the locked doors at 9:08 pm tonight. Rudely. Two families.
Always great service at the Mayfaire location.
