The hours are not updated. The door says they close at 2, got there at 12:45 and they were already closing up. Said they closed at 1:00 instead. Since we got there 15 minutes before closing we ordered anyway and they did not give us what we ordered. Disappointing service.

Just found my new favorite place! Placed an order online for pick up yesterday in a crunch, when I arrived I noticed there’s a drive thru window?! How awesome is that? Bagels are huge! Everything tasted super fresh & was reasonably priced, I don’t find that combo many places anymore.

Homemade bagels, thin, fluffy & soft. Absolutely delicious. Customer service was 100%. Atmosphere was a little awkward because of the size of the establishment, which made it feel like you were sitting on top of each other.

Edit: I appreciate the owner response, but charging to slice bagels is extremely petty. Food prices are already high enough. I'd rather just give my money to a local place that slices bagels for free.I really wanted to like this place. I've a been a few times and the food and staff are great. But today when I picked up my order of a half dozen I was told they charge a 1$ per bagel to slice them. That's insane.

They are charging 1$ to slice your bagel order. it's petty and un called for within such an inflated economical time. Spend your money elsewhere for bagels.

I had to share this as we ordered three bacon egg n cheese bagels. Plus a bagel w strawberry cream cheese. The strawberry cream cheese was bright pink but there was no strawberries, it was disgusting and we threw it in the garbage. It was for my granddaughter who was very disappointed. Not sure what they use to make it bright pink) the bacon egg and cheese were okay the egg wasn't even fried as we had asked it was scrambled. Very disappointed. I know there are new owners and maybe that has something to do with it.

Disappointed, went there this morning instead of my usual place on oleander drive, ordered a sandwich, meat only on a bagel, two slices of meat that were paper thin, wish I had my phone with me to show exactly what I got. N ct time I’ll drive the distance over to the usual spot, sorry for the bad review, still bothers me I paid that much for so little

MaKayla was super sweet. This young lady was amazing to watch. She was making several orders at once while taking more orders. Her employer should hang on to this young lady. She is a keeper for sure!!!
