The staff were rude. I visited twice and both times they were missing vanilla wafers for the latest banana pudding ice cream. During one visit, I declined Oreos and a staff member threw up his arms in exasperation. The only question I asked was did he know when their next shipment was coming in because there were other missing ingredients on the bar. Please train your staff in better customer service and make sure your bar is stocked. Thank you.

Horrible staff. Took four kids (5 to 7 years old) there as a treat. Asked for a kiddie size ice cream in a waffle cone for each child. Their solution was to put the ice cream in a bowl and place a store bought sugar cone on top of the ice cream. We had to use a plastic spoon to put the ice cream into the cone as this was too difficult for them. To top it off, the cones had paper glued to them that wouldn't come off. When we asked for a different cone, they said they are all like that and walked to the back office. They were also very rude to the children. All of the children said their pleases and thank you and the staff acted like they didn't exist. We will not be back.

Haven't actually been in here in some time, but I've always enjoyed their ice cream. Tried to call them just now and I'm quite certain I heard them pick up and immediately hang up the line. Just disappointed with modern service and professionalism and would expect better from an establishment with such high prices, absolutely unacceptable.

My wife and I just tried to come in to get a post lunch treat since we were in the area. A gentleman with a red beard was standing against the back counter on his phone. I saw he was cooking waffles, so I didn’t mind at first. After I decided what I wanted and we stood in the store for about 2-4 minutes, the man still hadn’t greeted us let alone look up from his phone at us. He moved, but only to face the waffle maker and then continued texting on his phone. We decided to just leave and go somewhere else. Absolutely disappointed in the lack of service

I ordered a Like It size ice cream in a cup tonight. The man serving me took a big scoop and was chopping my 1 mix in. Then he realized the scoop was too big, and he halved the serving on the counter top and put half in the cup, and took the other half and threw it out. Didn’t even attempt to stuff more into the cup. The end result was a Like It size cup that wasn’t even completely full or level up to the top of the cup. And also I didn’t even end up with my full serving of the mix in because he threw out some of the ice cream after having mixed it already. Really rather waste the ice cream instead of even attempting to add it into the cup?? Ridiculous. Have never experienced this at a cold stone.
If i could review lower, I would. The manager smells like weed, it gave me the worst migraine i’ve ever had. Also there was hair in my ice cream. 0/10. Do not recommend. The manager also came across very disrespectful and unprofessional. I was asking questions about the flavors and all i got back in return was attitude.

Ice cream was so delicious and savory. The workers were so friendly. Sara was very helpful in helping me decide on which flavor to get. Overall awesome experience. You guys have a customer for life!!!

My boyfriend and I went in to celebrate our anniversary since we went to this same cold stone on one of our first dates… to say the least, I was so disappointed. I first ordered a banana something creation and the lady starts to make it and then tells me halfway that they have no bananas and asked me to pick something else. So I walk over to pick something else and another person walks over and asked what I want after like 2 seconds had passed. Then, after making my boyfriends they tell him at the end that they are out of apple pie filling… (basically the whole reason we ordered that one) and she served him a half made creation sloppily half falling out of the cup. She then makes my new order and puts it in a cup when I ordered a waffle cone and I tell her I asked for a cone and I apologized and she goes to just hand me the cone… I said can you please switch it into that for me??? Overall not a great experience tbh very underwhelming and paid full price for creations without toppings that should have been included.

This ice cream place just continues to disappoint. We have gone through staff shortages with them and poor service, yet we come back. We try to give more and more chances. Tonight, we specifically asked what was dairy free. They were out of almost everything as it is but they apparently had a dairy free vanilla. IT IS NOT DAIRY FREE. Our 2 year old immediately started coughing after the first bite, as we immediately realized it was not dairy free due to her reaction we went online to the ingredients. Milk!!! So for those with allergies......DO NOT TRUST THE EMPLOYEES. Thankfully we are prepared for situations where she comes into contact with dairy and we were able to administer medicine immediately. Please do better with your training Coldstone. It could be a matter of life and death. Thankfully tonight it was not.
