Today I ordered a large pizza and cheddar bacon through Linia on the dominoes app and the delivery guy gave me the wrong order. He didn't even knock on my door, he just left the food outside my house. I called dominoes to tell them about the mistake, which I understand. They are busy but I have also worked in restaurants and that is why I can understand to a certain extent but that I call them and they have not come for more than two hours. with my correct order and that I still call them and they cut off my phone, it seems unfair to me so I need them to return my money and come for their incorrect order since they are rude and give terrible customer service

I left happily with my food. Which was fresh and hot thanks to the amazing Blair.EDIT: were used to something missing or whatever in the order with delivery, we just deal. Most times we order from here it’s always the chicken Alfredo pasta. Which we both got last night. HOWEVER. My fiance and I woke up this morning with every symptom of food poisoning. Never eating the Alfredo again. Probably won’t even eat here.

Domino's did their thang today!!! My pizza was cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of toppings. I also ordered the cinnamon twists and they were just as delicious. Quick delivery time. Delicious food. I was very pleased!

Terrible I've been ordering there for awhile now and they always get my order wrong and I tip them big money every time don't go to these people they had my food uncooked and had my good in a box that had marble cookie cake smearing it was terrible and there very rude !

When you call your talking to someone in a different location. I don't wanna speak to anyone other then who I'm ordering from. They also skimp on cheese the pizzas dry how do you make dry a$$ pizza smh

1.5 hour delivery time when I was told 30 min. Apparently they have a third party system for phone calls now and just give you random time frames for delivery. Called to ask about the delivery for the store to explain how it works and that my delivery would be an hour late. The issues with this store have been persistent for the past 3 years.

I order from this location on the regular. Today was a special day, not feeling well so i ordered pizza for husband and son. The coupons help save alot of money and the free pizza rewards helps too!! Unsure who the manager on duty was, but I want to send a special thank you to him!! It was today 1/12/23 @ 4:28pm. He was training and took the time to remake my husbands pizza to Domino's specs. My husband is never one who complains, and wouldnt have cared either way, but we truly appreciate your work ethic and care!!

We ordered a pizza from the North College rd Domino's and my daughter found a human fingernail in the pizza... in her mouth....We called Domino's and they said they were not required to wear gloves when preparing the food and then hung up on her. Pretty gross and really bad customer service. Don't eat here.

Drivers not competent to open neighborhood gates. Had to drive to the front of the neighborhood to get them pizza. Not appropriate. Train your people!

Placed an order for delivery on a Thursday at 5:39PM. Order was done baking and being quality checked" at 5:54. Didn't receive my pizza delivery until 7:15 and the pizza was not even what I ordered. Do not order from this Dominos!
