Sadly, the two pizzas I ordered were tasteless. Fed both of them to my dogs.

At 11:35pm I called to let them know we were missing things from our order that had just been delivered. The gentleman stated we quit going out for orders at 11:50, so we will not be bringing those items. I was confused as most people would be considering they still had 15 minutes to deliver. This gentleman was rude, unhelpful and hung up on me. I understand the food industry, as I've always worked in it, and this was just unacceptable.

Tonight when I received my order by delivery I was handed a Sprite with a roach on it. Before the driver handed me the Sprite I asked him what was on my Sprite. He knocked off the roach and said "now it's off" then proceeded to hand me the bottle. When I called the store to speak with a manager, she said she would talk to the driver and pass the information to the general manager. She didn't ask me for my information or what was my order. She didn't offer to refund the drink or anything. She just asked if I would like for her to pass this information to the GM.I mean after being handed a bottle with a roach on it my whole meal was ruined.

6 years I have lived near this store and spent a ridiculous amount with them. Always tip my deliveries.Suddenly today there is a 50$ limit for cash delivery. I have never had this issue before.I call the store and the GM Kelly tells me there is nothing she can do.Bye domino's. Hello papa johns. Same distance from my home. Will allow me to make delivery orders over 50$ for my family.

Placed an order, went to pic it up, everyone turned towards the door and saw me enter. I stood and I stood there and one guy made eye contact with me bud didn't say a word. Two people came from the back and was standing there after making eye contact, not a word. Two people making pizza, not a word. I had to speak up just to get their attention to acknowledge me. Customer service is out the window at the Gordon Rd location!
I called to order a pizza, and because another store was a half mile closer, they said they couldn't do it. When I asked for a moment to try to find the store she mentioned, she hung up instantly. Terrible customer service. Dominos has always been bottom of the list for pizza anyways. This just confirms it for me to never order from there.

Ordered a Brooklyn style pizza and cheesy bread and both were completely inedible. The pizza was so gross, covered in a gross looking layer of orange grease and it was so thin in the middle it just fell apart and turned to mush when we touched it.The cheesy bread was not cooked all the way in the middle and freezer burned on the inside.Definitely never ordering again. Total waste of money.

Ordered a cheesy bread, 2 2 litre sodas and a 3 cheese medium pizza. Did not receive the marinara sauce. When I called to ask if they would make it right, I was told they would deliver a marinara when they could. I could reheat the bread in my oven. Mind you, I am disabled and did state such. I was told I was making a big issue out of a sauce and they didn't need my business. He wasn't trying to be rude(his words) but DEFINITELY was.

Everytime I order pizza from here I am very impressed by the quality of the pizza! The cheese always covers the entire pizza, there's no bubbles and it never looks like a puddle of grease on top. Very well made pizzas and very delicious!
