Food was great but the staff tried to gaslight me on what I ordered... very weird experience, all they had to do was recap the order if they were confused... but instead they tried to convince me that I said "I didn't want it" when I didn't even get asked a question. Either way, the coffee was great and the breakfast sandwich was better than expected

I went right before lunchtime. I bought a dozen doughnuts and a box of munchkins. There was not a decent amount of variety like they usually. Most of the doughnuts and munchkins were stale as maybe from the previous day. I ended up throwing most of them in the trash. The coffee was hot and fresh. The cashier was very pleasant and did not wait long for service.

Me and my husband went here this morning looking for some coffee and doughnuts nothing out of the usual. When we arrived we found 4 options for donuts all consisting of chocolate in one form or another. When we went to order the young women didnt speak or acknowledge us in anyway and had zero customer service. When we recieved our coffees, two iced mocha lattes one with extra milk, after being told to wait because the machine was cleaning itself,there were white chunks in the bottom and even after vigorous stirring the milk would quickly separate it also left a extremely bitter and sour taste in your mouth. Overall the place seemed dirty and careless.

At first I wasn’t having a good experience in the drive thru. I got up to the window and the girl working there, I think her name was Bri, was absolutely awful. She was very rude and didn’t really care or pay attention to me. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but I feel bad if that’s how she treats everyone whether it’s customers or employees.While waiting for my order I guess she went somewhere else and another girl there, I believe her name was Lee, came to the window, and it was a complete 180 in customer service. Lee was a delight and I shortly got my food after.All the food I ordered was great and tasted fresh. I’ll probably come here again, but if that Bri girl is there and continues to have a piss poor attitude I’ll probably stop going. People like that don’t need to be in this industry.
