i go to this location weekly and there they’re always fast, delicious, and kind. they’ve never gotten my order wrong and kiya is the best she needs some appreciation! also whoever made my avocado toast at 11:25am on 12/21/23 needs a raise it was AMAAAAZING

DO NOT ORDER AHEADI have ordered from the Carolina Beach location numerous times but today I decided to order ahead as I was on a time crunch. When I went to pick up my order, I was a little early and the woman at the window asked to see my receipt, and then told me I would have to wait, which I understood and waited. I then pull back into the drive-through five minutes after the time in which I had scheduled to pick up my order, and the woman over the intercom was incredibly rude and told me that the mobile orders are late and then I would have to wait again. I then told her that I was running a little behind now and asked if I could place my order through drive-through and cancel my mobile order. She then sighed very angrily, and said “I guess what do you want”. Then I decided to cancel both my orders and leave due to how rude she was in the fact that my order still had not been made by 815 when I had placed it for 8. Although the woman in the window is incredibly sweet and understanding, the rudeness and lack of customer service experience at the intercom has completely turned me off of this location, this is coming from someone who has worked in the food service industry for a very long time.

Cappuccino tasted like a black coffee with foam on top, and it was old..... snacking bacon tasted if it sat at room temperature since yesterday....10 am. Sunday drive thru is when this happened, and we waited about 10 min for our small order, and the doughnuts were not fresh, tastes stale. You all lost my business for life. ?

I dropped by the monkey junction location for a small coffee and a donut and was disgusted with the price, slow service, and dirty conditions. $5.01 and they charged $0.50 extra for oatmilk in the coffee. Being the only customer I was astounded by the 5 minutes I waited for one of the 4 ladies to pour my coffee. There were spills everywhere behind the counter. I will find another place to get my donut.
Already I unimpressed have sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes with no way to get out of it! I preordered and am so irritated right now. This slow service is completely uncalled for.Edited because while we waited over 30 minutes overall to get through the drive thru at least the server offered to make us new drinks when I asked for napkins because the drinks had sweated out so much while in line. They don't get anymore tara though because he whole purpose of a drive thru is to get through quickly. What a waste of time for people on line. This Dunkin needs to be ashamed of their crappy service.

Ive never had a problem with this place until a few months ago. Every time they always forget something in my order or something is wrong. I ordered something as simple as one of their signature drinks and they didn’t even make that right. They always just add random ingredients instead of making the actual drink.

This dunkin is disgusting . There was trash everywhere and a mess on every surface possible. The trash cans were spilling over and it looks as if the floors haven't really been mopped in months.
