Ordered coffee and food for several people order was wrong they assumed iced coffee was wanted which wasn't what was ordered the employee was completely rude about having to remake the correct order. Once received correct order the employee essentially threw food at me and all the coffees where cold. Called up to talk to manager he was useless defended the unprofessional behavior of his employee never apologized or asked how he could make situation right. Long gone are the days of customers being right and these are the people that make your business or break it. I completely understand why this place had 1.5 star reviews. Manager and owner of facility may want to start listening to people or they will no longer have a business or job.

Bathrooms were disgusting. There was in fact enough employees in the facility to clean them. Didn't get food due to Building be dirty.

1 star because no star isn't a choice. This Dunkin' keeps you running alright...running away! The girls behind the counter could not have cared any less to wait on anyone. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by ordering a simple coffee. My coffee was cold. The girl said it was because of the cream put in it- no Dear, it's because the coffee was old and cold. Funny, because she said she needed to make a new pot. Cold & old coffee at a Dunkin' Donuts? WHAT? The service is only half the problem. The store was a mess. It looked like it had been ransacked. Paper hanging out of the baskets. I guess fixing it to look nice was just too hard for the girls behind the counter. Wouldn't have taken but 5 seconds to wipe down the counter by the register. And a used glove hanging over a box with other trash? I mean, damn.Take the extra time and $ and go someplace else.

asked for coconut milk - out. asked for oat milk - out. said then I'll just take regular milk. get to the window and they tell me they are actually out of milk as well...... terrible service. They were laughing the whole time I asked for a different milk and laughing when saying no.

We waited in the drive through line for 25 minutes and couldn't really get out to leave if we wanted to. We literally sat for probably 15-20 straight minutes without moving at all. I don't get it

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one even came to tell us they were busy and short staffed. They served the drive thru but had a line at the counter inside and acted like they did not care. Employees walking around making themselves drinks. One of 3 employees inside were working and trying. The other 2 employees were being lazy and standing around. They kept looking at the line at the counter but acted like they did not see you when you looked at them. Read some reviews once I left and does not look like today is a single incidence, seems to be a common occurrence at this location. Do not go here!
I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheeses. The first sandwich had mildly burnt cheese but was still edible when taking the top off. The second sandwich was completely burnt to a crisp. The cheese was black along with the buns. I had to throw away the second one. I'm unsure who would serve this to someone but please do better. It's not hard to make a sandwich. Complete waste of my money.

A disgrace to DDs at large... 40 mins. to complete a drive-thru order is insane. Staff seems distracted, slow and useless. Out of a lot of items advertised and a real lack of care, courtesy and just basic customer service. Time to clean house.

I come here every morning before going into work and had never had a problem before. I actually love seeing the same workers every morning because i feel like i'm getting to know them better. I usually order through the app so I have a faster experience. The staff is very nice even though sometimes they don't complete my full order.

They are associated with the college, so you cannot order on the app, use gift cards, or gain points at this location but the convenience for students being next to the parking deck and down the street from the dorms means this is the perfect place to grab a coffee on the way to class or to study. I found this place fantastic, the staff was beyond excellent. They have a decent selection of doughnuts and all your favorite and seasonal coffee beverages. Inside and outside seating was comfortable and convenient.
