Permanently closed. They clearly got screwed by their insurance company based on the notice on the front door.

My husband and I ordered cheesesteaks to go last night. When we got home and opened the box we were very disappointed. There was hardly any meat on my husband's cheesesteak. I have ordered one before and there was a significant difference from what I received before and the cheesesteak we received last night. They offered to replace it but we had already gone through rush-hour traffic to get home. They then told me to send them a picture of what we received and I did, but have yet to receive a response. Will not be going back.

By far best house pie around! Can’t go wrong with anything on menu! I would recommend to all! Fun family environment with lots of love and fun!

I ordered my first ever meal from Elizabeth's. I'd heard good things, but my calzone was so salty I couldn't eat it. Also was pretty greasy. I've managed 2 Italian restaurants so I know the food can be salty, but this was over the top. Won't be ordering from here again, but the tiramisu was great!!

Pizza great, service was ok not everyone knows how to give good customer service, and it's not the establishment but some of the staff,Vegetarian options: They have a good veggie pizza and some.other items that are vegan friendlyParking: You have to park and text to receive your order they are still not accepting dine in service yet, don't know if they will go back to that or not....

Take out only is available at this restaurant since Covid. Inconvenient for those who stop here while passing through or visiting Wilmington. Who wants to eat pizza or a pasta dinner in there car?

Meatballs uncooked and pizza order wrong. When I called for report matter I was told that it's probably the "sauce" on the meat balls and the pizza was wrong because of door dash.

They still have bizarre covid policies enacted for some reason. They don’t do dine in and we couldn’t even enter the restaurant. That 99.98% survival rate sure is scary.

Ordered the Veal Parmigiana and I couldn’t even take one bite. There were multiple flies in the breading and underneath the cheese. The veal was also raw pink in the middle once it was cut into.Door Dash wouldn’t give a refund and the restaurant wouldn’t either since the food was delivered. Had to send in a photo of proof of the flies and the manager told me that I would have to drive myself to pick up a new order before they close tonight.

This was absolutely awful. The pizza was cold the food was disgusting the fries were nasty and when I called to get help nobody answered the effing phone. I would never recommend this awful disgusting vile place. I didn't even get my money back. You're lucky I don't sue you. this was nasty I would never let anyone eat that pizza. I wouldn't even give it to the homeless people sitting outside. I threw one of the pieces of the pizza to a bird and the bird died.

The pizza is awesome.. I just don't understand why they aren't open yet.. the way they are handling to go orders is the most dysfunctional system I've ever seen. I always feel terrible for whoever's who's working it. Came to pick up my to go order and the lady said I had to text my name to the number, so I did... literally WATCHED the same lady I spoke to sit there and text me back... like what? Lol Either open up or get a better system going. Foods great, although the hassle isn't worth it. Provably won't be returning.

Pizza was hot and ready to go right when they said it would be finished. I appreciated that as a visitor. The crust was nice and crispy and chewy, but that's about where it ends. Virtually no sauce to even speak of and the toppings were barely noticeable. I mean, I don't expect the pizza to be covered, but there were fewer toppings on the pizza that I would get even with a grocery store frozen pizza. I have no idea why they are rated so high in the area. It tasted good, but the sauce didn't even seem to be there and neither were the toppings. Big disappointment because my pizza absolutely did NOT look like any of the pies previously posted in photos.

Only open for take out! No dine in!! How does anyone know that until they drive there. Poor excuse of customer service. Very disappointed after driving from Hampstead.
