WOW! ? Guelaguetza is a new favorite! Walking in it's very clean, the corn tortilla chips are fresh, made in house and the fresh made salsa is perfect. I forgot to take a picture of my tacos because I was so excited when they came out looking just like the pictures! Incredible! Excellent authentic Mexican restaurant! Our server was very accommodating and was able to make me a vegetarian quesadilla even though it wasn't on the menu. It was delicious and the ingredients tasted fresh. The restaurant provided free chips and salsa for the table, as well as two homemade hot sauces. The salsa was some of the best I've had in a while. You could tell it was freshly made in house. Pro tip: add the hot sauce to it for a little more heat!Vegetarian options: Accommodating to vegetarian modification requests
