The service was outstanding. Personable and fun atmosphere, but quiet enough to have a conversation. Great selection of beer. Food was excellent. Got there close to closing time, but wasn't rushed out.

Went on a late night for a snack and some drinks. Server was to busy with her boyfriend to get us anything, food was cold and probably not the kitchens fault because it took forever to get our server to go get the food because she was stuck up her boyfriends butt and not worried about making any money. A totally wasted trip to somewhere we looked forward to going.

Not great, thought it was a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. I think he would be extremely disappointed. The shrimp was severely over seasoned and there was grease, pulling in the bottom of the basket. The wings were way too spicy for my girlfriend. We did not order hot. We had to get up and look for the waitress twice.

We ordered the vegan wings with the NC BBQ sauce. I think they were the Gardein strips. They were crispy, and the sauce was sweet with a little kick. The vegan ranch was good, too! We had the Impossible vegan smash burger. They had vegan cheese and vegan mayo. The burger was seasoned perfectly. The fries and tots were crispy and hot. Our server was pleasant and helpful. Hell's Kitchen is an iconic downtown Wilmington establishment that has been on the set of several from productions such as Dawson's Creek and One Tree Hill plus more. They had trivia on Monday nights and the food was decent and the beer was nice and cold.
