We waited too long for our food to be served. Although the waitress was very professional, she explained to us that the cook was by himself and they were short staff. When the food was served, it was not very good. I brought my son there for his 13th birthday. We explained to the waitress that we would like someone to come and sing to him.She agreed. There was another party that was celebrating their birthday also. All of the waitresses came to sing for this party. And one of the waiters even mentioned that it was her boyfriend's birthday, whom they were singing to. Only two young ladies came to sing for my son It was the bartender and our waitress only. We were very Disappointed.

Had lunch with a group of 9. Including 2 kids. The service and food was wonderful. Kayley was our server and she was amazing. She helped 2 people from our party that had food restriction by getting the nutrition facts and helping to find items they could safely eat. We will absolutely return to this location.

Pretzel bites were so burnt they were crunchy. Ordered delivery and the top wasn't on the cheese all the way and it was messy. Ordered sweet tea and got warm, unsweet tea. Food took forever (only 3 items) and was cold. So disappointed.

Sad to say I sat waiting on our server thinking about what my review was going to say. We hadn’t been in years so decided to give the wings a shot tonight for the BOGO Wednesday. We were greeted with a smile at the door and sat immediately. We then sat for 10 min as the servers and the, what I’m assuming was a manager, walked by us continuously without so much as a smile. Right as we were about to just leave, a young girl comes up and greets us like our presence has ruined her whole night. We get drinks and a few minutes later order our food. It concerns me when a server does not write an order down. In my experience it never comes out right, and sure enough, We FINALLY get food quite some time later even though there’s a total of about 5 tables in the whole restaurant. The sliders were greasy and the “curly” fries were hard and old, they weren’t eaten. We finally get wings and I asked for roasted, all flats, and told her I was aware of the upcharge. I get naked, and half of them drumsticks. My boyfriend gets burnt, boneless bbq but decides to tear off and eat what’s edible. I don’t touch mine while I wait for the server to finally come over and I ask and she says “those aren’t yours” and she goes to the computer, I’m assuming to check and make sure she put it in right, and when she comes back out the kitchen she says the kitchen told her they don’t have roasted and the reason they weren’t all flats is because they just gave me what was left. Huh? So about 30 min later I get wings and what do you know, they are all flats, but I thought ya’ll were out? We don’t like to complain so we sucked it up and ate what was decent, I placed all the plates at the end of the table and watched as the servers and kitchen staff played around and then all the servers disappeared and even though the manager looked at my clear table several times, we sat waiting and waiting for a ticket. Our server finally appears again and says “anything else?” We say no and she hands us the ticket, hands the table behind us a ticket, then comes back and stands drumming her fingers on the table while my boyfriend gets the cash together because again, as a server, we know cash is best. We still tipped accordingly but will never return!!! $50 wasted.

Alexis, Danica and Tiffany always make for a great time. Food was alittle slow but worth the wait with good conversation.

I hadn't been to Hooters in years, before a few days ago. I had forgotten how good their food is. And I don't need to remind anyone about the staff ?. And the drinks are still amazing ????????

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I have come to this location twice and every time I have waited for over an hour to get my food. This time I went today, it not only took over an hour for the food but also at least 10 minutes for drinks. The servers were all hiding in the back rather than coming up to update their tables. My server told us that the “kitchen was flooded with to-go orders”. Shouldn’t the people in the restaurant come first? The food is very mediocre and stale. I paid $55 today for a meal that I asked to get to-go and none got eaten. I work in food so I know proper service and this is not it.

It took forever for anyone to acknowledge me at the door and another customer (both there with online transaction for Buffalo wings that were expected ready at 7:20 and 7:35 p.m., respectively). There were 1-2 waitresses not busy who saw us and said nothing. The waitress who greeted us told me it was her first day...We assured her we preferred to stand and wait when she offered us a seat. We were well out of the way of entrance doors. It was slow, no one coming in. She had no problem with us standing.Unfortunately, during this wait, both of us were confronted rudely by a not-new waitress named Koda with red hair and bangs. She did not at any time greet, welcome or help us. She just told us, "YOU HAVE TO GO SIT over there. YOU CAN'T BLOCK THE DOOR!" ...We were actually not blocking a door and "over there" was two tiny (6-8 inch) barstools facing a wall shelf in the direct path of all waitresses going back-and-forth through the restaurant across from the bar.(The parking lot was pitch dark. Lots of people on foot traveling through it that you can't really see. Not at all family friendly.)After 30 minutes waiting for what ended up being soggy, meh Three Mile Island wings (and 30 years patronizing them in Wilmington), it's time to move on.Parking: Dark and very hard to see, did not feel safeKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.
