Food was great, service was great. But they WERE SLAMMED! Only 2 employees on the line. I’m hoping someone called out, because if you’re understaffing to save money then that’s a problem… and seems to be pretty common nowaday. I overheard the employee telling a DoorDasher it would be over 30 minute wait. Your losing

First visit, was in the area for business so I stopped in. Poor seating options and a clunky layout. Margarita machine broken for their highly promoted drink, when I ordered it the "manager" said, "that's been broke for a while." I ordered the shrimp burrito; it was not flavorful. I am not allergic to food items but when I had an issue later the staff didn't know the ingredients in the food and directed me to call another location. No thanks.

Was staying here for work. Ordered online and husband walked to retrieve order. I ordered a BBQ burrito with side of BBQ sauce and chips and salsa. Daughter got chicken quesadilla kids meal. Husband got 4 taco dinner deal. Daughters quesadilla was okay but chicken was dry and she'll tasted like cardboard. My meal tasted bland, no salt at all. All meat on one side and lettace and cheese on other. Cheese was not melted and lettace was old. Also BBQ sauce tasted moldy. Salsa was bland I guess no one believes in salt. Husband didn't like the tacos and that is a big deal because he loves authentic Mexican food. Ordered queso and never got it. It was definitely a horrible experience. I'm glad other people had good experiences but to spend almost $40 on food and be met with this it's a bit ridiculous.

The guy making my food was rude, didn’t make my food right and rolled his eyes when I added stuff to my taco salad. He was rude enough I didn’t even let him finish making my food before I walked out and left. 0/10

How do you guys get something wrong 50 percent of the time when I order through door dash ? When I get hard tacos yall send me soggy soft tacos. Or the soda is out of syrup. Or no queso. On and on. I work in a restaurant. Slow down. Pay attention. Just cuz I'm not at the restaurant and I'm using door dash doesn't mean the food quality should suffer. I love yalls food. And order slot. Just do better.
