So disappointed, this used to be a go to place. The food has definitely deteriorated, but worse is the service at the cash register. A mass of disorganization, with a couple of ladies behind the register that have no sense of urgency or organization. It took me 10 minutes to pay my bill, while they messed around with a bunch of other things. Other places, such as Two Guys have much better steak and cheese, and more friendly atmosphere and better service. Unfortunately, while this used to be a go-to spot, I will never go again.

I waited 36 minutes for my Cheesesteak and fries and my fries were Cold and stale. My sandwich had way too much meat and the meat was EXTRA DRY with no flavor. I ordered onions, green peppers, lettuce and extra mayo. I literally had like 3 big pieces of onions and maybe 5 pieces of lettuce. I HAD A WHOLE SUB so think about that. I will NEVER go back.
