I am not a fan of this place. The food is so very salty and mushy whenever I go to any location whether it be out of town or close to where I live. The quality just isn’t what it used to be. They leave me disappointed all the time when the mash potatoes and gravy use to be wonderful it’s just not that way anymore. People said you can’t go wrong with the chicken pot pie but I don’t see how that was right cause it most certainly wasn’t.

I got two two piece dinners they only come with one side I had to pay for another side also Kentucky Fried Chicken Chicken is small it's like they got some baby chickens and cook them up and then serve them to people the breast is the smallest breasts I've ever eaten of a chicken I was not happy with the meal and for the price each box of chicken was over $11 11 and 11 is 22 for a few dollars more I could have got a eight piece with two sides I think not only Kentucky Fried Chicken but most of your fast food places is overrated

Paid 32 dollars for the worst KFC I've ever had at the market street location. Will never go there again. In the future when my family wants fried chicken ill go to Public or Popeyes . Employees to busy on their phones and not caring about the quality of the product they are serving.

I went there in the afternoon. I went through the drive through and ordered. I pulled around and noticed something missing from my purchase. I went inside and the cashier was beyond confused like she didn't know how to do her job. The cashier brought the cook to the counter and the cook insisted that she put the missing item in the bag. Not only it wasn't, they began to mock and ignore me as I stood there for 10 minutes all to just leave empty handed. The chicken tenders were stale and service was terrible. Never go here.

You would not believe it! Who hangs hand sanitizer above salt and pepper packets? Why did I order fries, ask the manager if they were fresh, she rudely says “yes” and get the most disgusting fries ever!. I contact KFC’s corporate office who never replied. I guess hand sanitizer droppings from one’s hand is a new condiment with salt and pepper?
Food is pretty good, as always. I mean, KFC is KFC. Staff didn't have much of a welcoming attitude & the cashier was actually having a personal conversation on a cell phone while she took my order when I was there the time before. Twice in a row, haven't gotten a side I requested. So, double check your order before you leave to make sure you got everything. Atmosphere was mostly clean. A bit of trash around the drink dispenser & sticky counter. Overall, going to go back because it's the closest KFC to me & I'm not always down for Bo-time.

I use to think this location had really bad customer service and I use drag going there. I would crave KFC and hate going there because all the people there suck. But when they changed the management and all the staff, their customer service is so much better now!!! Top tier service with top tier staff!!! Every time I’ve gone since then, has been a great experience every single time!!! Thanks for making it so easy and enjoyable to go there! 10/10 Going to other KFCs around Wilmington makes me appreciate this location so much!!
