My boyfriend and I went to the Wilmington location on Sunday and shared the bacon cheese fries and the firecracker shrimp appetizers. It took 40 minutes for our food to come to the table. I have never waited 40 minutes for appetizers. They are appetizers. They are meant to be made quickly and be delivered to a table quickly. It wasn’t super busy so I don’t know if our server forgot to put our order in but waiting 40 minutes for appetizers is unacceptable. We were going to order more food but didn’t because we didn’t want to have to wait another 40 minutes for it to come out. I just wanted to provide you with that feedback. I tried to send you a message directly through your website instead of a Google review but there was nowhere to submit my message after I filled out the web form.

It’s always a vibe at Kickback Jack’s! It’s enough TVS to entertain any and everybody.Next I come I will go to the area where they sit outside, I know it’s awesome on a beautiful starry night. Great prices!!Kid-friendliness: Huge tables to sit a family of 6
First found hair in food, second had to ask the waitress three times for napkins, refills and then for to go boxes. Thirdly Marcie only checked on us once. We never got napkins. First time coming here on my birthday and definitely would not return. For two adults and one child, Bill was over 60$.
