Krazy's used to be a special place we went every Friday night years ago- then someone bought it and it was still good, now it's been sold again and I finally went today. It was awful, hoping the pizza is still good for maybe a future try. The Greek Salad I had was droll- they forgot the pepperoncini's they put a mushy tomato slice on it and there was maybe one red slice of onion, and a skimpy sprinkling of feta. I used blue cheese since the Greek dressing was globular and unappealing. Sad. I also added chicken and it was so dry and tough I removed it from the salad. That salad was disgusting. Never again, there are too many good places to eat in town.

I’m in Wilmington every 7 wks for a medical procedure. After finding this place several months ago it has become my regular lunch spot. Clean, friendly staff, always great food. I’ve had pizza and sandwiches and love the in house chips.

It hurts me to even say this but Krazys isn't what it once was. I stopped in after a rainy day of working outside looking for a cold beer and pizza and to my dismay, no alcohol liscence, which by itself 3 stars does not get. They didn't have their home made 1000 island dressing and the pizza was lacking in flavor and love. Still enjoyed the pinball machine while we waited though. Maybe they will be better once the management change it complete.

Unfortunately I have to give this 1 star. The pizza was not very good for something that cost 16$ to get. The guys there also forgot my drinks and conveniently left it off the recept even though the guy I called read the order back to and included the drinks. The trick is getting old. This was a horrible experience and I won't be going again.

Relatively quick. I had the chicken parm (frozen?) The sauce was a little watery. Nice family place (arcade). Simple place for a gathering, in my opinion. Prices are reasonable, for what you get. Atmosphere is simple and friendly. The floor can use an upgrade. In all, it's OK

It's typical Eye-talian southern. Got an Italian sub, has mustar and mayo. For $13 go to J Mikes for large sub.

The spaghetti was good and the beef ravioli my girlfriend had said it was delicious. But the service was terrible didn't get a refill on my tea the waitress didn't come by to check on us. Mated napkin but waitress was nowhere to be found.

I have frequented Krazy's often in the past. The owner started managing about a year ago and said there would be some changes. I was looking forward to that but the changes I was looking for have not happened. First of all, they have a staffing issue - that is somewhat because of the government; nonetheless, some of their help looks like they came from a homeless camp. I am all for helping the homeless but at least give them some clean clothes to wear. Secondly, we go to get a healthy meal - a sub. I always order it toasted and hot - today it was cold. No one came back to ask about the meal until we had finished. Thirdly, they provide potato chips with the meal - so much for a healthy diet. Everywhere else I go has a variety of chips to select from (so I can get baked chips) or they offer french fries (no extra cost). Last time we were there we found out that they now offer french fries so we got them. We later found out on our bill there is a two-dollar upcharge...WHAT! any other place outside of fast food does not charge any extra and they are pretty equal otherwise. Sorry for the dissertation, but I am pretty upset with this place. Next time I will probably choose to go somewhere else. And that is a shame because I believe this place has the second-best turkey sub in town.
Everything they have seems fresh, properly cooked and tasty. Sauce is excellent, and the service is friendly; and haven't ever gotten my order wrong. Very satisfied.

Update: so glad to see they're back open with normal hours. Still one of my favorite places to go and their salads is a local favorite. I heard different management but the food is as good as always. Service was excellent for lunch.

Quality of the food has gone way down, very disappointed, still have good pizza. That will be all I'll get from now on. My spaghetti plate was full of water (not drain properly) and very little meat sauce. Waitress was great.

The service team was amazing and very friendly, but I was a little dissapointed in the food quality and quantity. We did not have the the pizza though. I will go back a second time to see if it was just a bad night in the kitchen before I make an overall decision.
