I have owned a Four Diamond Bed and Breakfast in Wilmington for 27 years, and am a "foodie". During that time I have only allowed three caterers to work here. When I was planning my retirement, selling of the inn, and my birthday, there was only one caterer that I wanted. My standards are very high, and there were 100 vip guests. Tommy did an absolutely fantastic job. The food was phenomenal,the drinks were unbelievable ( and an entire meal to themselves) the service was impeccable, from the cucumber water welcoming drink to the "redneck" tiramisu. My standards are world class and Tommy and his team were amazing. I only wish that I had a bigger appetite! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You represented me with your catering like no other one could! Cudos!

Had the best dinner last night, Meatball Tuesday!!!Meatball Subs and Chicken Dinners all the way around for 6 people and we split everything so it was double awesome!!
