Always love the Recipes they make in house. So much better keeping it actually local and organic than whole foods trader Joe's any of that type of trend hopping organic giant chains. Staff have always been respectful friendly and more than anything very helpful. Would 100% recommend to a friend. Local Gem.

I’m really sad about how I was treated by the staff here. I got bananas that never ripened so I brought them in to exchange them since they were inedible. the cashier told me to cut the mold off and put them in a brown bag bc in 3 weeks they are still all green the manager asked if I had my recite they were mean honestly and I’m a member n go there daily! I don’t understand the uproar over 5 bananas , they’re cheap and they had a ton that looked like they were going to overripe before sold anyways. I’ve always worked in customer service and this was a simple fix. I am honestly shocked by how they handled it and treated me. I left feeling like I no longer want to shop here.Very lame.

Used to love this place when it first open years ago. Just went in. VERY RUDE STAFF, and for prices higher than I can get other places. Won't be back. Tidal Creek is WAY BETTER! Friendly staff, excellent customer service. The staff, and obviously ownership at Loveys, need to go to customer service 101. I'm blown away by the lack of friendliness at a place called Lovey's

I was there today and three of the four employees were extremely rude. The lady at the counter in the deli, the short woman at the register with reddish hair and then another woman with blonde hair and she was kind of short. My first time and my last time there. So sad. The only lady who was nice was a tall blonde haired lady on the right side register.

I love this place! Great staff, great food and great atmosphere! To all the people complaining about masks I’m so glad they don’t wear masks as they do more harm than good! Doing groceries has nothing to do with politics. If you are happy to leave a 1 start because of this, don’t shop there!

Came here for lunch twice while visiting! Enjoyed the hot bar and their smoothie. Really impressed with their hot bar selection and their ability to vary a decent amount of options day-to-day. It hit on various food backgrounds/flavors and was very vegetarian friendly. They had tofu, tempeh, beans, lentils etc. and a lot had a nod to Asian inspired dishes. Appreciated their smoothie menu selection too and it tasted great!

When I come to Wilmington I always make a few trips to my HAPPY Place, Lovey's!!! GF sweets, amazing coffee, and help on best supplements would be my list...

When this is a common theme in the majority of the reviews one would think the owner would make some adjustments and address the problem… I guess she is the problem. Tidal Creek has a much more welcoming and kind environment. I’ll be going there.
