Haven't been there in a while. So decided to go back, the last time I went there i ordered burnt ends of brisket and they were delicious. As they should be, they were inexpensive and nice and burnt and tasty. this time, it is as if they just call them. Burnt ends and it was small pieces of fatty brisket. It was quite A lot more expensive and was approximately 4 oz of scraps. did come with nice pickled onions and pickles. However. won't go back, if you're gonna sell burnt ends stop when you're out of burnt ends and don't just sell scraps. keep them reasonably priced , I paid as much for these as I would have a brisket sandwich with real brisket slices

Came here the last two weeks in a row, the first week we had an extremely rude host, and a rude bartender the next. The host was very rude to us and rolled her eyes when we accidentally sat ourselves late in the evening, (we normally sit at the bar but the host was not present) after we sincerely apologized for it. Tonight the bartender was very rude when telling us that “hours have changed and we cannot be served after 10”, mind you are have been coming here every Thursday for the last 4 weeks watching football and drinking until 11-1:30. Very sad and disappointed that a so called “sports bar” closes at 10pm especially during football season, and has very rude staff.

Service sucks (takes forever and the attitudes by the staff are insanely disrespectful) and they close at 10pm on Thursday night with football playing on multiple TVs. What a joke. Don't waste your time

Food was good, but our waiter didn't seem too thrilled to be there. Got drinks ordered fine, left 2 straws (4 of us eating), gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted. Placed our order and then he never stopped back after our food was brought out. Never refilled drinks, never checked to make sure food was right, etc. Had to ask for to go boxes. Then after getting them, waited for check. Had to ask for that. Meanwhile, other tables (with other waitresses) being helped 4 and 5 times. Talked to manager, she was nice and apologized. May give it another go sometime in the future.

My husband and I passed this place on our way to play mini golf. We decided to turn around and try it out. Best decision we’ve made this visit! We decided to try the Texas Pete fried pickles. They were soooo good! The ranch that was served with them was amazing as well! We split the Hickory Smoked Sampler between the both of us. Everything was so delicious and tasted fresh but Omgosh that MacNcheese side dish was something to write about! If we lived here this would be are new date night dinner place. Our waitress Savannah was as amazing as the food! We didn’t wait for anything! Prices were average. Overall delicious dinner and amazing atmosphere!

This is a must try BBQ spot. Don't miss out on this Hidden Gem. Excellent potential to be crowded to capacity, however great for a relaxing meal. Excellent atmosphere, and the food is top-notch. No complaints about service, alway had plenty of drinks and any additional items needed.

Mac's is a cool spot that looks like it could be a biker bar, but also absolutely great place to come with a group of friends or the family. The BBQ is pretty good and a ton of beers on tap, (and Cheerwine on tap for the kids). They also have a big table in the back room for large groups as well as a pretty sizeable outdoor seating area. Love coming here in spring or fall when the garage doors are open and football is on.Parking: Big lot right behind the building.Kid-friendliness: Easy place to bring the kids, they have a good kids menu and of they are a little loud it fits right in.

Food was great. Service was substandard. Worse than substandard. Waitstaff was rude. Waiter was at one point watching TV and never checked on us. The waitstaff that did were also rude. Dinner was served 10 minutes before the Mac’s Bloody Mary’s were. We ate there 8/27/23. Zachary was our waiter. Bless.

Mac's is a little out of our way but well worth the trip. Great new menu options including burnt ends which were fantastic.

Have been to this location before. Walked in late on a Sunday. Sat at the bar for quick cold beer and chicken wrap. Excellent service, food, friendly and professional. Frequent check ins to see if needed anything. Enjoy the atmosphere/ music. Will definitely return.Parking: Plenty of parking for bikes, cars or trucks (at least on a sun night).

Oh My Goodness! How is meat so fluffy in my mouth! It melts in your mouth is not accurate enough to talk about the way the burnt tips just float on your tongue and give amazing flavors. I would have taken pictures, however I opened the box and everything was gone so quickly! We also got the Buffalo chicken wrap and chili and Mac and cheese! Everything was so hard to share because we didn't want to let them pass us by. So very good!Don't think, just go!

Ordered the 1/2 lbs brisket platter with bbq beans and tomato/cucumber salad. The brisket was so dry you couldn't even pull it apart with your hands. My first brisket I ever cooked was better than what we had here. Place was almost empty on a Saturday afternoon. Waitress checked in with my family once and only once and that was to get the check.. Both my wife and son got food poisoning from this place from the deviled eggs. Will never be back.

Went with a group of 6, 4 adults and two children. They forgot the cheese on one of the kids cheeseburgers but this was corrected instantly once told with no issues. I got the sampler platter, the ribs were amazing, sausages was decent, the pulled pork was good, and the sliced brisket was decent. Also came with two sides and I got the red slaw and Mac and cheese and both were solid options.Kid-friendliness: They had a few kid options and gave them colors and a paper menu.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp to get in.

Originally from NY and I decided to cash in my BBQ quota here for my short NC visit. Big mistake. The 3 of us who ordered we all had the same things to say. "The brisket was old, cold and dry." The Mac and cheese was cold and I had to ask for a new one. The hush puppies were also cold. The only saving graces we're the cocktail, the fried pickles and the ribs.On my way to the rest room you can see that the cook isn't wearing a hair net to cover his large beard either. Our server was lovely; but that wasn't enough to save this place.Do Yourself a favor and just go elsewhere.

We arrived during a torrential downpour and actually sat in the truck for a few minutes hoping the rain would let up a bit. We ended up sitting at the high top because the roof had a few leaks over the booths. That's how hard it was raining. The food was delicious as always. The wait staff was always there to check on us and keep drinks refilled. You can't go wrong enjoying a meal here.
