This is my fave restaurant for a special night out in Wilmington, so when it came to choosing where to have my birthday dinner, it was a no brainer. An hour before the reservation, my babysitter had to cancel suddenly. I called the restaurant to ensure it was ok if my 2 year old joined and they assured me it was. I cannot stress enough how WONDERFUL the staff and chef were- even making himButtered noodles and giving him a condiment cup of his favorite - cherries! I was so stressed going into it but had no reason to be at all! Insanely good food and the kindest ppl. Thank you all so much.

Unmatched attention to details....from hostess, to server, to barkeep. They all kept us perfectly informed and were so gracious and approachable. Pimento cheese app and the half-shell oysters with the sorbet were amazing (as was everything else). GET THE OYSTERS!!!

True fine dining in a casual atmosphere. Highly imaginative chef and great staff. This is our third time eating at Manna over the course of a year, and it has been consistently excellent. One of the best restaurants in NC in my opinion.Highly recommended!

The service here was top notch. The food was off the charts, every dish was delicious. The oysters with the frozen mignonette sauce was brilliant. The mushroom toast, dang good. The wine list was extensive and some real gems like this find from Willamette.

It's probably one of the best meals I have ever eaten. The sweet potato crem Brule was a fantastic finish.

Very fine dining and extremely interesting fusion of tastes. Never had anything quite like it, but amazing. Great sommelier. Pricey, but fine dining. I had fried chicken, sounds crazy, but was amazing

Highly recommend: my wife gave their shrimp and grits second best ever tasted” they were creamy like mashed potatoes and had sautéed vegetables to add additional flavor. Creamy Brussels sprouts, house salad with cava, Rhone and Cab wines. Jeremy as server was extremely helpful and efficient. Food runner and hostess, a school teacher during the day, both were upbeat and professional

Last night my boyfriend and I went to Manna. We are not new to Manna, we go every year for my birthday and Jermey picks 4/5 courses with drink pairings.Yesterday evening we decided to get 4 small plates off the left side of the menu and share. We got the roasted oysters, cornbread, pasta bolognese, and short ribs. We also got a glass of red wine, an old fashion, and bread pudding for dessert. The first item that came out was the cornbread, I don't know what sorcery makes this cornbread but it is amazing. It comes with something whipped to slather on it with honey and its whicraft. It is hands down the best cornbread, any bread dish we've ever had.Second was the roasted oyster, perfection.Third was the ribs - Fall off the bone, perfectly cooked, seasoned, just perfect. For the fourth course the bolognese, the fresh homemade pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauce was perfect, meat ratio in the sauce was perfect. Finally the bread pudding *drool*.The old fashion was spectacular one of the best in town, and the wine suggestion was also on point. In each dish you can taste every single ingredient, it is a symphony of flavors. The service is always impeccable and the atmosphere is always warm. If you want to be wowed allow Jermey to pick your meal/beverages he is a phenomenal meal maestro, as is the whole Manna team.

I’ve been here three times with a friend. Matt and Carmen were our bartenders/servers both times and exceeded our expectations with their knowledge of the menu, customer service, and overall willingness to engage and have banter. The food was on point every time. The oysters, the half chicken, the ricotta bread, the ribs. Have never been disappointed.I got Matt’s suggestion of wine but my friend got cocktails and said they were on point. Can’t wait to go back again.
