I've done dine in, take ou, and delivery and I've got to say I've never had any problems with the food not being hot or being wrong. I normally get the spud max but I've also gotten gilled cheese and other spuds and sandwiches. It's been good every time, there sweet tea has never tasted sour. They are very kinda at the front counter and will sometimes ask you if you need anything when you eat in. They serve extra sour cream and butter for free with the potato. For that you get the price is great! ? I would, and have, recommend!!!

I love McAllister's! Today, my experience was disheartening. I didn't feel welcomed by the wait staff, which really was not a problem. The big problem was when I got home. Toothpicks are put in each half of the sandwich and I didn't see it in one of the halves. I'm eating my sandwich and find that the toothpick has been put in the sandwich, meaning mixed in with the ingredients between the bread. I was glad that it didn't damage any areas in my mouth and that I was able to find it before eating it. I really do love McAllister's but today was not one of my favorite experiences!

Genuinely one of the best restaurants to be in Wilmington. I came with my best friend and the manager, Savannah, knew his order down to his special requests. Not to mention, the absolutely fabulous, Sarah who always has a warm smile and inviting personality. Oh and did I mention, Savannah even recognized multiple people that were both coming in to the restaurant, as well as people currently dining. Truly an amazing thing to see. Such a small act can go a long way.

I have to say this place is awesome and the service is impeccable. Savannah I have to say goes above and beyond. When she can remember your order down to the extra dressing on the side blew my mind away and watching her with the other customers in the dining area.
