absolutely the worst run mcdonald’s in town, NOT FAST FOOD, and the review before mine, absolutely right, the older lady who works at the inside register in the morning is extremely slow and rude, and the what i assume to be manager is just as rude and they both gave me an attitude about counting $2.30 in dimes which i had organized and counted already when i was standing there waiting to order for 30 minutes so i just went to the drive thru when it cleared up some, the only thing i even get from here anymore is an ICED COFFEE, i’ve been served moldy food at this location, i only go to get the iced coffee before work because it’s on the way and if they can’t get that right than that’s even more pathetic, but it’s always about a 15-20 minute wait just standing inside there waiting to even order. i won’t even be getting a coffee from here anymore because i wouldn’t be surprised if they’d spit in it. had to use the inside restroom once to find balled up soiled boxers in the first stall and what looked to be ash on the toilet in the bigger stall. the younger gentleman and lady that work in the drive thru are very sweet and kind though, great customer service, maybe the staff should learn from them, and the blonde ladies as well, there’s 3-4 decent employees out of the like 10 people that i’ve seen in the mornings, if i had a wish i would’ve never effed around with this mcdonald’s

I would give 0 stars if i could. everytime i come here they get my order wrong and the manager is always extremely rude when you mention it. tonight i went and the staff were rude, glaring, and got pissed all because i asked for more sauce since she put none in the bag. horrible place and horrible staff and management. 0/10 would not recommend.

Food was to be expected, though they made a mistake we didn't go back. It was the silliest thing, though, the worker claimed she could only give out 4 packets of ketchup. Looked like because she didn't wanna get anymore from the back. That or it's a very odd policy that makes me question if they're just broke or insane. Also super rude, but that's also to be expected for mcdonalds.

Terrible service. It doesn't matter what time of day you go to this location, you will wait 15+ minutes to be served. This is the only location in Wilmington that constantly has issues when trying to use their mobile app. Management does nothing to troubleshoot or help the customer whatsoever. They will accuse you of trying to use more deals than allowed, lying, or just tell you that there's nothing they are going to do about your problem. My order often comes to me incorrect or incomplete, and again. They will do nothing about it. Highly recommend to stay away

Nightmare experience! Waited 20 minutes for food in parking lot for drive through. Food never came. Went inside. Waited more. Asked for manager, manager lied and said my food was given to another car but that wasn't true because I watched as no food was brought to another car. He told me to wait for my order, I waited as he made orders for the to-go window, 5 more minutes as I stood there, requested a refund, he got angry and said, "Good example you're setting for your kid!". I said nothing he handed me my receipt, I took it and he said "Don't snatch from me!". I didn't snatch anything from him, he didn't refund my correct amount, I wasn't going to argue with this angry man, the cashier behind the counter said it was her first day and he was "pissing her off". I walked to the door to leave with my 8 year old daughter, he followed me and said, "Don't ever come back to my store", then he followed me outside and started taking pictures of my car. My daughter was scared of him which she told me in the car. This was store 10472 located at 822 S. College Rd., Wilmington, NC 28403. I need a call back regarding this horrendous situation.

Yea McDonald’s doesn’t even serve food anymore. It is mutilated mush that tastes like dog food. Can we get some honest food places where you pay and actually get food? You have to eat more a few hours later every time. It’s better just to cook food at home.
