if i could give 0 stars i would. lady at the speaker rude as hell cause i didn’t know what came on a brand new sandwich they just rolled out… made me wait at the window for 3 minutes while she wiped the counter? what happened to 10-15 seconds for a greet? asked for 2 ranches and a bbq she said “bbq out but i can give you a ranch” i said ok can i have 2 ranches then. she says sure. GUESS WHO HAS NO RANCH WITH THEIR MEAL.

I come here often however the front end service is always terrible. Everytime I get out my car to go to make an order in the front NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGES ME. I stand there for several minutes. This is suppose to be FAST FOOD. I get understaffed but if I'm waiting several minutes and they see me and I'm seeing them and not even be told hey we gunna be with you in a moment is kinda like what's up? What's going on?

The manager here is so nasty and has a very “uncustomer service” attitude ALL THE TIME to the customers if an order is messed up and you just simply ask for it to be corrected. And when door dash or other app orders(even through the McDonald’s app) are placed, ALL OF MINE have had a missing items and since I don’t drive I can’t go up there and pick it up so I’ve just lost money more times than I can count. But the other employees are very kind and nice. It’s just the manager and the online orders that are always messed up. It’s not right and there needs to be a change at this location.

This is the BEST McDonalds - always fast, always friendly and always FRESH FRIES! I often need an emergency french fry fix and end up receiving soggy unsalted potato sticks — that is never the case at this location! Thank you guys!

Fish filet was hard and lukewarm. French fries were cold and horrible. Very busy so I don't understand how the food could be so bad. We ate in the parking lot. Should have taken it back.
