Food is always good with Mcdonalds. But service can be terrible at times. When you order dine in, you get this little tent with a number on it so the employees can bring you the food you ordered, but instead of doing this they call out your number or name and expect you to walk up and get it. If this is a service we can use then it needs to be addressed that this is what should be done, instead of being lazy.

I have never in my life given a 1 star review. First of all the doors were locked at 530 in the evening. We could clearly see customers inside eating. We were told to use the drive thru. Then we go thru the drive thru and they tell us cash only. We only had our cards. We are now running around trying to find a place to eat close to the airport before a departure. Poor job all around.

I understand that work in the service industry is hard and that there is a problem with finding employees. But the hours on Google Maps, Apple Maps and posted on the door say you close at 11 PM. i have visited this location numerous times around 1030, 1045 and it’s closed. Compensate your employees appropriately so that they’ll keep the restaurant open, or change your hours.

Ok, i’m officially done with McDonalds. This isn’t real food, idk what is up with the “chicken” but there was a glob of hardened white synthetic material inside the sandwich. These places are killing us with fake
As with all McDonald's ice cream machine was down. But when you ask before ordering and they check, they should not lie about. At least they let me replace ice cream with a caramel frappe.

We visited the drive thru for breakfast. We ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, hash brown (my daughter commented on how it was nice and hot), 2 sausage biscuits, and a large sweet tea (she was kind enough to tell me all sizes were the same price, I almost ordered a small!!) The lady who took my order was extra sweet, my daughter said, "Wow, she's like SUPER nice, Mama."I even told her at the window, "You're really nice, btw." ☺ The food seemed to be cooked fresh, which I really appreciated! Our order was fast, accurate, and hot!Kid-friendliness: Employee at the window was warm and gracious, which my 9 yr old was delighted to hear. ☺

Really gone downhill. They used to have the best fries around. Now they are Always cold. The buns on the burgers were stale. Chicken nuggets spelled and tasted like old grease and the service was very slow. To top it all off the app wouldn't work and they refused to honor the discount. On the plus side...the tea was good.

There was a mistake on our order, and the manager Ally made it correct super fast with a free fry. Having worked retail, I understand how easy it is to make a simple mistake, especially when busy. I greatly appreciated Ally's kind gesture and service.
