This individual place has some serious issues. I have just recently placed ‘2’ orders here and both times have been told that their system was down and they couldn’t process my order or refund my money until their system came back up! Unless it was a Uber or DoorDash order??♀️?? So you can process THOSE orders, but not any others?♀️

States they’re open 24 hours. Do not waste your time driving all the way to this location because they will tell you that they only make food for delivery companies not other customers. Who does this make sense to ?? And maybe that info would be useful on google.. let everyone know that only certain customers can get service. And other can not.

The staff had no customer service. Obviously no one can read because when you order something without cheese they still give it to you with cheese the act as if they can't talk to you that you have to do everything on their kiosk. No one wants to stand by the cash register to answer any questions it was a horrible experience

Absolutely horrible. Went through drive through, expecting a normal McDonalds. Ordered a simple iced caramel macchiato with whipped cream on top. When we tried to order, the lady yelled at us, telling us she couldn’t hear us. So I obviously spoke louder. The lady yelled at us back (making us jump). We pulled up, paid. Then when we went to get it, it was a small dab of whipped cream. Not even a swirl just a dot. I don’t recommend this place go to anywhere else just NOT HERE!!

This location is horrible they force you to go to kiosk and then ignore your even there. Did dine in put table tent number in and the threw it in a takeout bag yelled my number out then run off then have to wait to get my drink ten minutes because no one will check on you or even look at you. The person that runs cash register was hanging in the dinning area talking to friends.You can hear the employees cussing by the drive through in the dinning room.

If I could give this location a "half star" I would as far as Customer Service is Concerned! Of all the McAndersons locations in this town this one is ABSOLUTELY the Worst for Friendly Staff and Overall Customer Service, even bordering on Blatant Racist Attitudes toward White People!!

Fights happening inside the restaurant between employees and customers, food is made wrong, can't seem to understand how to use the machine to take my order. I would rather eat Burger King than ever go back to this location. Employment there needs an overhaul before I'd even consider going back.

This is one of the worst McDonald's in town whenever the shamrock shake rolls out every year they never have it in stock. Or so they say. What is the point of having a shamrock shake if you're never going to make one for the customer!?
