This restaurant consistently misses items. It’s incredibly infuriating. I’ve ordered several times via Uber and I’m missing food and drinks and it’s gotten to the point where I can no longer request refunds with Uber. I also visit the drive thru and without exaggeration, almost every time I’m missing an item. It takes 10 seconds to check if an order has all the correct items before handing it out to the customer, these associates take no care with orders.

Such a fun McDonalds! I usually only pick up via the drive-thru with the McDonalds app, but recently I dined in and it's such a clean and modern dining area! There's also a large piano keyboard on the wall to entertain children & adults alike. This location is our favorite McDonalds in the Wilmington area. We've ordered breakfast & lunch here and our orders have always been correct. The app makes ordering & pickup a breeze and the staff are so nice!

Rude, guy at window was rushing the young girl to hand me my kids food. She asked for a second and man said “you don’t have a second, hurry up”.I understand window time but that was absolutely ridiculous. Thumbs down ?This is why you can’t find employees to work. Have some respect and don’t be so pushy.Guide them, lead them, and explain.
Ordered a egg mcmuffin and cheese with SAUSAGE to go. When I got home I opened the bag and found egg mcmuffin with cheese and Canadian bacon even though the receipt stapled to the bag had my correct order on it. Very disappointed. And my decaf coffee was lukewarm the minute it was served. Need some work at that location!
