This place was horrible me and my sisters ordered three chicken wing meals with shrimp fried rice but the shrimp was undone and the chicken looked like it was on steroids.

If I could give this place a negative 0 I would. The little bumpy face, bad acne having Asian lady told me my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I intentionally waited about 40 minutes. Then she said it was going to be another 20 minutes when I got there. I could see this happening once but this is the second time. I have never seen so much unprofessionalism ever. Will not spend another dollar here "EVER."

Every time I’ve gotten food from Ming Wok it’s been delicious. I’ve eaten there a lot since I used to work right next door. They give HUGE portions. The prices are reasonable and that’s a huge plus with as expensive as things are right now. Everyone there is always friendly too! I can’t say anything bad about it!!

The food was okay. We had a takeout order and I ordered the teriyaki shrimp with vegetables and rice. When it arrived I opened the lid and saw mostly mushrooms with maybe 6 shrimp total on the dish. I was pretty unhappy with that experience but am willing to try again with a different entree.

I have ordered Togo or takeout several times from this Chinese and Japanese restaurant. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge but the food isn’t as good as it once was. It’s rather oily and overcooked. The last few times I visited there to pick up our order I was not met with good customer service whatsoever. The ladies at the registers were not welcoming and although one was using the phone taking an order so I could see why she didn’t greet or assist me but the other cashier wasn’t preoccupied however she basically ignored my presence for several minutes then when she finally asked how she could help me she was rude. Wasn’t at all impressed with the overall experience and I’d likely select another restaurant next time.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available on menu.Parking: Plenty of parking available to customers.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped accessible restaurant with handicap parking available.

Ate here today and I usually get lunch not dinner. I was so disappointed in the dinners. Had General Taos and Sesame Chicken there was plenty of food … it was soggy and looked half cooked. … hoping next time it’s better . I usually have great food here .

Warning if you get a delivery, be prepared for it to be double time of what they tell you. I called several times to check on the order and it hadn’t even left at the promised delivery time. The food was not hot and 50 minutes late. I called back and all she said was thank you for your feedback and hung up.
