We used Mission BBQ Wilmington, NC to cater our daughter's wedding. Joseph and his staff were so professional. The food was presented well and tasted delicious. They were on time and ready to go. During the planning stages, Joseph was awesome as I changed things a few times before we finalized our order. I would recommend Mission BBQ for any event that you need a caterer for. You won't be disappointed. They are top notch!

This is The second location of mission I visited, and it is just as outstanding as the one in North Myrtle Beach The ribs are absolutely incredible The service is amazing and the history on the walls in there can keep me occupied for an hour or two

Their brisket is phenomenal!!! Personally didn’t like the potato salad, it just wasn’t my cup of tea. Tasted really sweet like it had sugar in it. When I asked about it before ordering I was told it was mustard based, which it was. This was also my first time there. Now I want you all to know that the staff there is amazing!!! Very kind and will gladly let you sample the meats. I also ordered the barbecue and again, phenomenal!!! But again, wasn’t impressed with the sides and I ordered the green beans, Mac and cheese, fries, slaw. And the gentleman that was putting together my order gave me many different sauces to try. The interior of the place was very clean and accessible for anyone.
Found this place when looking up gluten-free restaurants on vacation. They were great. They had so many options and cleaned the grill abf changed gloves before preparing my meal. I had pulled pork and cold slaw. All but one of the sauces at the table are gluten-free, and she made sure to tell me that which was amazing. Wish there was one closer to home.Dietary restrictions: They had a lot of gluten free options are were very knowledgeable about celiac disease

We always get take out, my husband will do a pickup on the way home from work as I am unable to drive. In the beginning they were great. Now not so much! They must have a different cook every day, because in the beginning the green beans were delicious! Now they are way too salty and spicy hot! Not everyone can eat spicy! The brisket is now a joke! I get brisket the size of the smallest coaster you can imagine!I understand everything is more expensive these days, but buying two plates with very little meat and two sides, for the price of $45 is way too much!Sadly we won't be getting any food from there anymore.
