This has to be the hardest place to ever try to order food from the phone just rings busy then the voicemail picks up and says that it is full this happens over and over then another day I try to call I got someone on the phone they put me on hold for 5 minutes never answered back I tried to call back got the voicemail again same scenario never was able to order from there again this has happened four or five times now this is just bad business when they live very close and I try to buy local but this is aggravating.

Lousy bagel cold and very dry , barely any cream cheese on one side only.Should have known not clean ,empty tables dirty and the restroom toilet and sink haven’t been scrubbed in a long time. Pink mold growth in toilet.Don’t waste your money.

The boss brings these bagels in every so often, and it is always a treat when he does. They always serve a great breakfast.
I’ve been here three times since moving to Wilmington in August and these bagels are so delicious! The service is amazing with friendly staff and you don’t have to wait long for your order. No matter the time of day, it’s relatively busy because their bagels are the best! It’s a “must try” if you’re in the area.

Great food but twice they have gotten myOrder totally wrong. And with it being morning getting ready for work, I never have the time to go back up there and make it right. They really need to start reading back the order to the customer to make sure they got it correct.. pretty bummed out

Yum! I went in for a sausage egg & cheese on asiago and it was exactly what I got! We also ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a sun-dried tomato bagel. Very clean environment. Menu is straightforward--this is an uncomplicated quick-service experience. (I waited less than 5 minutes for my bagel.) The lady at the register was super nice as well. My total (for just the asiago breakfast sandwich) was $5.98 before the tip.
