Cannot possibly believe that this establishment is so poorly run that it sells BURNT bundtlets and incomplete bundtlets. I purchased these on Friday, March 1, 2024 for my husbands birthday. Imagine my horror when I went to take them out of their containers. In all the places I have lived, I've NEVER had an experience like this with Nothing Bundt Cakes. Obviously, this franchise is a very poor representation of what Nothing Bundt Cakes stands for.

We came on a work trip and needed a birthday bundt while here! Alavia was super helpful and attentive. The lobby was busy but she was aware of all conversations being had and was able to suggest items that we had missed on our first trip in the store! Great service, she did an amazing job handling the rush and being a great employee!

My husband and I got married 10/20/23 and we used Nothing Bundt Cakes for our wedding. The bundtinis were perfect!! We got one large cake and the rest were bundtinis. UPDATE: I did give it another shot, twice lol. I found what I really enjoy and that's the gluten free chocolate chip bundette... to me it's not very sweet and tastes great. I usually don't enjoy GF taste but this was actually very well executed. That's my go to. We also like the carrot. My son said the red velvet is his fave but he enjoys sweet. ****************** If you have a sweet tooth, this one is for you. As in a very sweet tooth. I do not but I did try this place with my son and a friend who do have a sweet tooths. We had the mini Bundts. I had the key lime summer flavor (on a scale 1 to 10 sweet this is a 11). My son had the red velvet and he got through 1/4 of it before he stopped. He said it was good but it was too rich for him and he would eat it in little bits. My friend had the carrot and she loved it. She said the cream cheese on top was great and evened the sweetness of it with the carrot cake which was not too sweet. She said only 1-2 raisins though and it needed more in her opinion. Each bundt was wrapped in its own packaging which was nice so was easy to eat in car while parked. The cake was very fresh but I felt the carrot had a lot of moisture inside the plastic container. So unsure if it was refrigerated from different day. I'm not sure I'd go back with specific desire to eat there unless giving a gift or something to someone I know would like it or maybe a corporate gift.
Unique, delicious cake fare that's addictive. Wish had other sizes than the BIG & Little... wanted to try other flavor options, as what we chose was so, soooooo yummy!

Wow!!!! Just amazing!!! I could not get an order to go through online nor could my daughter so went to store. Line was long so knew it would be a long wait to get my order ready. Got the order in, they were so nice and went above and beyond for me. Said it would be about an hour, which I fully understood being how busy they were. I was going to wait in car and gave them my number to txt when ready. I want ya to know in less than 10 minutes they brought my order out to me!!!!!!!!! I couldn’t believe it. Sooooo unbelievable!!!! Thank you so so much!!!!! Those teachers at Belville Elem. are loving their treats I’m sure!!!!!! Thank you so much again I truly appreciate all your great customer service!!!!!! Love, love this place!!!!!

I just love this place..: The Owner is such a sweetheart and very nice and personable… I know Nothing Bundt cake is bless to have such an awesome Owner here in the Jacksonville area. I was here for the soft opening and it was amazing . People were standing out the door, And the staff gave outstanding customer service and the bundtlets were so moist and fresh and the taste was out this world.. If you haven’t been yet, you need to make your way here…TODAY!!!!
