Love OC but was checking my bill and was charged a service fee of $3.50 for using a credit card to pay. Are you serious?! I eat here 3-4 times a month. No more eating at OC until Urban Food Group get rid of that. You guys are ridiculous.

So first of all the chicken Parmesan was great, my wife had a pasta meal with chicken and thought the chicken was dry. Service was fair. My knife was taken away with my appetizer and I finally gave up and stole a knife from the next door table. Drinks refills were hard to come by and so was extra bread. I noticed that several ppl were in front of the kitchen doing nothing and waving my hand did nothing. One guy even passed me and I was ignored. Not the best experience. Can’t say I’d go again.

Service was ok. They forgot utensils and got our order wrong. The food was below mediocre! The drinks were alright. Pretty pricey for what it is. Not worth going especially with Roko right across the street.

Last week, I was craving Italian food, so my family went to Osteria. I ate here a long time ago and didn't have any vivid memories on the food, so after looking at all the reviews, we chose to eat here again. The hostess staff and waitress we encountered were nice, welcoming, and attentive. After reviewing the menu, my son wanted spaghetti and meatballs, I chose the goat cheese ravioli, and my husband chose a sausage and meatball spaghetti dish. The waitress had my son's food made first per my request, which I appreciated, and I always taste my son's food prior to serving it to him and...I'm sorry that meatball was awful. It's probably one of the worst meatballs I've ever had. The meat had been processed so much it was like pate, and it had no flavor. Most meatballs I've eaten, you cut it open, and you can see the meat grain, the cheese, the seasoning. This had been put in a processor and pulverized. The mouth felt gross. The second issue was my ravioli. It was so disappointing. The noodle was so thin you could barely taste it swimming in the red sauce, and the dish was advertised as having caramelized onions, artichokes, and goat cheese. You could not taste the onions or the artichokes. I don't even know if they were there and as for the cheese that's usually inside the ravioli, a reverse inflation portion of tablespoon of goat cheese ricotta was placed in the center of the dish to scoop from as you ate. It was so sad. I was actually really mad because I didn't like spending money on bad food. I really wanted to like this place and the staff were nice but it was awful. I am trying to leave a respectful review, but I am shocked at how many 4+ star reviews were left for this place. I'm avid cook and I travel the world trying new cuisines and this was just not it for me. I would rather have eaten at a chain restaurant over this.

The long wait was a little aggravating but had delicious food. I had the ravioli. I must say the food was delicious & they have one fantastic bartender back there. John's friendly personality and amazing bartending skills made our dinner truly unforgettable. We had a reservation but the wait was so long. but I can tell you that I'm so glad that we didn't miss out on this experience. I'll definitely back soon.

Not impressed, the server was nice, but food was lack luster and not worth the price. I would go to Olive Garden over them if I was given a do over.

I can honestly say that the only person that is saving this experience at this restaurant is the bartender!!! We came in at 19:00hrs advised there would be a 45 MINUTE WAIT but the bar was open!! Entered bar sat at a high top table that literally had a loose panel with which a kerosene lamp and olive oil rested on !!! The bartender greeted us .. Then after drinks served server came to table … We watched while other patrons that came in after us were given bread .. Linen with utensils… Bartender could tell we were perplexed and provided us with both .. Of course this was after we had already our appetizers…Pizza was not cooked well .. Bartenders noticed our disappointment paid for the first round of drinks .. Took the poor product away and had another pizza made !! Then the server acted like she cared !!! The wild mushroom bruschetta was the best !!! The Ortolana was better than the Carne !!! The bar is dirty !!! Unkempt!!! Thank you bartender with a high hat hair cut !!!
