While I understand the challenges of Azalea Festival weekend and that it was the lunch rush, the staff's rudeness and dismissive behavior was disappointing. After waiting 20 minutes for my order of three burgers, and watching several people who had come in after me receive food, I politely inquired about its status, only to be brusquely told it was coming up next. Ten minutes later, still without my food and again observing several customers who ordered after me receive their orders, another staff member rudely reiterated that orders are processed in the order received. I pointed out that this couldn't be true, as I had seen numerous people who arrived after me get their food first. At that point the first staff member rudely chimed in, and told me if I didn't like it they could just give me a refund. I would have happily done that, but couldn't as I was responsible for bringing lunch to two elderly individuals. Finally, after 45 minutes of waiting and observing four more people who arrived later than me receive their food, I received my order. On the positive side the food as always was delicious. I had hoped to resolve this matter directly with management, but the phones at this location continually ring busy and automatically hang up. I also stopped at the Porter's Neck location near my house where I go all of the time, hoping to get information on how to contact management, but was informed they all have different owners. As a side note having owned a business for 25 years and having great appreciation for the service industry, and taking into consideration how busy they were I tipped 20% on my to-go order.

We Ordered 4 cheeseburgers "all the way" for take out. Told it would be ready in 20 minutes. It took 45 minutes. When we got our order home, just a burger, cheese and a bun. Nothing else. Pitiful. Double check your order before leaving.

I love that the first thing the staff does when you go to the counter is provide you a beverage. Tried both burger and the PT DOG. Both made to order, fresh and fantastic. Had the cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, slaw and chili. Just as good as the mains are the fresh cut fries. Outstanding!

Great experience! Exceptional customer service, clean and cozy atmosphere. Food was really good and was prepared super fast, it was 11 of us in the group and everyone got their food almost at the same time! Highly recommend garden burger and lemonade!

Fast and friendly service. My husband enjoyed his sandwich but unfortunately mine was much too salty.
Love this PT's! Love all of them in the area but man do I love the people that work there always so nice! Food at every location is fantastic best prices for a burger meal in all of Wilmington. $14 for an 8oz burger and they never skimp out on fries and it all comes with a drink you'll never leave PTs wanting more to eat! The inside and outside seating areas are always clean definitely my favorite location in the area!

Food was good. Service was good. Only problem I had was the people in the parking lot. Someone smoked weed around my vehicle so the inside of my vehicle smelled horrible for days. Marijuana smell makes me feel sick so I don't touch it. Terrible that others can't respect people enough to not smoke it in busy areas.

Not the best burger I've had but not bad. Just tough and underseasoned with the toppings making the bun soggy. The fries were horrible, soggy and greasy and WAY overseaoned. It was slow too. Not quite sure of the appeal but we might try again since so many talk it up.
