Paddy's is a nice pub and restaurant in the Cotton Exchange in Wilmington North Carolina. Excellent 5 stars and as good as being in Belfast or Dublin. The food is really good. The fish and chips, Cole slaw ,steak french fries and fried Okra were delicious. The Okra was a first for me and it was delicious fried. The building is historical and in the Cotton Exchange building. Service was excellent.

We liked atmosphere there. I don't like a "common American food" like burgers and deeply fried things so usually I'm looking for anything more "classical". My expectations were fulfilled there. The only thing the sauce could be less salty.

My husband and I went here for dinner. Ordered the fried shrimp with fries and mac & cheese. Fries and slaw was good, shrimp was amazing and the mac was even better! Staff was sweet and atmosphere was cool!

We stopped here for drinks after walking the Riverwalk and shopping in the Cotton Market. My husband has Irish Heritage and we love trying the local Irish Pub everywhere we go, and he was of course looking forward to having a Guinness.We came in behind another couple and sat at the bar. The bar tender gave us all menus at the same time, and was attentive and answered questions we had. She pretty much took all our orders at the same time and served us quickly. I sometimes struggle in Irish Pubs as I am only a wine drinker. I unfortunately never developed a palette for Beer and have long since lost my joy in drinking liquor/cocktails. I ended up having the Pinot Noir and it was really good! I was impressed with the number of wines they actually had available on the menu.The atmosphere transports you to a true pub feel. We even ended up chatting with and getting to know the other couple at the bar. Just such a charming and fun place.We wish we would have had time to play darts and eat, but had time constraints.Highly recommend if you like a "Family" feel and authentic Irish Pub.Parking: They validate parking if you park in the Cotton Market Parking lot.

Always a great experience at paddy's hollow. Despite the lack of resources with a very simple bar, Megan made us the best espresso martinis we have ever had. I also asked for a root beer drink and Megan was able to come up with this delicious concoction that was exactly what I wanted.

Went in after a long days work to grab a few beers and ended up with a fantastic experience! Meghan the bartender was amazing to say the least. She was knowledgeable, extremely attentive, very friendly, and was everything you could ask for in a bartender. I will definitely be back as this might be my new favorite spot to grab drinks and food! Highly recommend Paddy's Hollow.
