I placed an online order a day ahead of an event. I got the Baker's dozen assorted bagels, an assorted pastry box, and some large coffee containers. The order was ready on time, and included everything I ordered! The coffee stayed hot for longer than expected!

Your front end register girl tonight needs to pay attention or keep sweeping. Ordered pick 2 green goddess sandwich, balsamic greens with grains ,I got 2 salads . Who orders 2 salads on a pick 2? I also ordered chicken noodle that's OK. Food is good. Staff is the question. Would have ordered on app. Guess what it wasn't working. Could have used kiosks but why their were 4 customers in the whole place. Should have checked order . No not my job. Should be right. Should not have to. Keep your rewards I won't be back.Over priced anyhow

I just recently moved to Wilmington, Ive been here 2 weeks and have visited the Panera Bread in Mayfaire three times. EACH time I found the crew to be very welcoming and helpful! This particular Panera is very clean, bright and seems to have a great feel. Oh, and I LOVE the Cinnamon Crunch bagels!!

Shared a review this summer about finding a bug in the bottom of my salad after having eaten most of it. Still have not gotten any response from either Panera or the local health dept. Sad that no me seems to values sanitation or customer satisfaction these days. Needless to say do not eat here!!!

I read reviews before coming here and still thought I would give them a chance.I was wrong.No one acknowledged me the whole time I was there. The bagels I got sliced were cut only on one side and not all the way through. They were out of almost everything and charged 3$ for a small fountain drink?? Also the slowest wifi I've ever used.I won't be going back. I'll go to the other location.
