Our take out pizza order was terrible and over cooked. The cheese, crust, pepperoni, and beef was burnt. How can you serve a burnt dried out pizza to customers? I was put on hold waiting to complain about our order but customer service kept putting us on hold in silence. We were in Wilmington for the Azalea Festival weekend from Georgia. If we weren't so far away from the establishment, we would have turned around. This was the worst pizza.

Ordered at 8:12pm. It’s currently 10:37pm, and I can’t get anyone at the store to answer.The phone rings and rings and gets disconnected.They outsource their customer service. When one of those people answer, all they can do is connect me to the store, but like I said, no one at the store answers.

I placed my order online. When I got to the restaurant, one of the workers had her kids running around playing. The restaurant was a hot mess, I almost turned around & left. They had their shoes off playing with boxes, & all behind the counters looking for something to draw with. So unprofessional if you don't have a babysitter stay home. It was alot to take in. Is this why you all don't have people dining in anymore?
