The people that work at this Pizza Hut are awesome they are super funny and I love it. I always get the correct order with them which is rare nowadays.
I called and the call failed and I received a no caller ID call from them and an employee said “imma call ur mama” so I hung up and they BLEW my phone up. Do better. Immature employees.

Pizza/Hut on Castle Hayne Rd in Wilmington NC has never let us down. We order regularly for 3 years. They have consistently been accurate, fresh, hot, quality, and prompt, friendly delivery. Way to go Pizza Hut! Thank you for your excellence and restoration in above average customer service and satisfaction! Our delivery driver, who is fairly new to the team (my apologies for the failure to retain your name) was extremely friendly, and apologetic, because he felt he should have been faster at locating our difficult to find business location, that is hard to decipher even to those of us familiar with the property. Not only was it his first exposure to the property on a new job but it was after dark on a foggy rainy night. He was patient, friendly, smiling, and apologetic for something out of his control. He Not only still brought hot quality pizza, but exemplified style, grace, consideration, and compassion for his job and customers. Kudos young man! You nailed it ? -
Ordered on the app. Showed up after the app said the pizza was done. When I walked in, I was told that it would still be awhile. Awhile turned into 15 extra minutes. And not the greatest attitude from the cashier. Very inconvenient with children in the car.

The customer service has really taken a complete dive. The food is constantly over cooked and the quality of professionalism has just become a thing of the past. My son requests Pizza Hut weekly, and that is the only reason that I continue to come back. While Pizza Hut used to be my favorite place to feed my family from, it is no longer simply because those working there are rude, and just refuse to serve the quality of product that Pizza Hut became famous for.

Placed an online order for pickup only to be told my order was cancelled and they tried calling me but I received no phone call. Excuse was they were “out of product”. Then how are you even open if that’s your excuse? Won’t answer the phone when you try to call either.

I ordered the 4 drink combo. I asked to get one of them while I waited on my order. She didn’t bring the other 3 out and I realized it a few moments later and returned to the store and then had locked the doors around 10:20 and intentionally ignored me politely knocking and patiently waiting at the door. I just wanted my other 3 drinks. it wouldn’t have slowed down their closing process they were in the middle of. I also tipped $2.00 for this carry out.
