Port City has good coffee. That is apparent, but where it lacks is atmosphere. The interior is bland and devoid of color. Uncomfortable furniture and cafeteria style tables and chairs. Same old tired artwork. Again, the coffee is good, but get it to go.

I usually get good coffees here but my last one was not the correct drink and then they wouldn’t fix it for me. Offered to add whip cream on it even though that wasn't even the problem. Just a disappointment all around.

I stopped in because I needed a fast coffee fix. I received quick and friendly service. I had the iced Caramello Leche Macchiato and was pleased with the quality and taste. No complaints!

It's ok. I have a high standard for coffee after being in Korea. The Café Latte here came mixed already, and that is a big disappointment to me. The coffee is bitter and makes sense why some would want to add unnecessary syrup it's because it's to cut the bitter after taste. I still like Starbucks better even though they screw up the Café Latte too by mixing it.

The girl working was super nice and helpful, however it seemed the guy was too busy flirting with what I think was an off duty employee? Or a regular? So my drink order went 20 minutes untouched so I asked and it was just forgotten and then it was made wrong

Ordered the S'mores latte (iced). It was delicious, if you like sweet definitely try this, but hurry, it's seasonal. The pastries were scrumptious. Customer service was spectacular, will visit again next time there!

I just had the worst breakfast sandwich of my life. Clearly the world is no longer merit based. Clearly this company did not franchise on thier breakfast sandwiches. Tasteless, pretty sure it's cooked in a microwave. Sausage looks and tastes not good. Cheese is literally tasteless. Bagel was the opposite of toasted, it looked wet and was a rubber piece of garbage Not a 7 dollar sandwich. Want to beat a port city Java sandwich? Just go to any gas station, take the frozen sandwiches out of the paper and microwave on hi for 1 minute. But hey they mix a bunch of stuff into coffee here and that's super hip.-

Great place, great service, but they really need to do something about the bagels. I've had two orders where the bagels came out too hard to chew. The staff was very kind about replacing the bagel, but it is embarrassing to have to go back to get a new one, and it isn't a good use of employee time.Please consider if the bagels are going stale or if it is something to do with their preparation.
