It was our third time in the restaurant and we have always been pleased. My only negative is that the wine list is very limited in white wine by the glass. A few more options would be nice. But we will be back.

Cuanto Basta is located in a great, convenient downtown location. The ambience is elegant. The service could not have been better and the food was delicious and fairly priced. The noise level were we sat was low making conversation easy and comfortable. I'd highly recommend it.

We have been to this restaurant several times and have been pleased. Last night the food was disappointing. The bolognese sauce wasn't that good. There was no flavor to it. Hopefully this was a one off!

Very lovely place. Service from the kitchen side had a few bumps but otherwise the wait staff was very good. Food was very good, but would not say outstanding. I would probably try other similar establishments on future visits/trips to Wilmington to fairly compare.

Fantastic date night venue with friendly servers and waitstaff! The food was delicious. We had 50% off a bottle of wine on Wednesday, met the very nice owner and truly enjoyed the experience. We will be going back as that was our first time there.

We enjoyed a birthday celebration for two at Quanto Basta. The atmosphere and service were delightful. We enjoyed our meals immensely and could not talking about it afterwards. Our server provided wonderful selections in not only the meals, but also our drinks. We will be visiting again in the future.

Service was wonderful and martini was on point. However, the food was pedestrian at best. Their "bolognese" is not traditional tomato and meat sauce but a bland broth with little to no flavor. The house made focaccia is not traditional either.... it is very dense and is heavy on the rosemary and is the only flavor noticeable. At this price point, there are much better options for Italian cuisine done properly in Wilmington. QB misses the mark.

First time and it won't be our last! We went straight for the two chef's dinner specials and they were both creative and exceptional. Space was very nice and the staff very helpful and friendly. Best of all prices were very reasonable for downtown Wilmington and portion sizes were perfect. Place was a little loud for what I would consider Romantic dinning, but the buzz was upbeat and seamed everyone was having a good experience.

I think the food isn't very flavorful, I tried the “signature bolognese” and it was just bland ground beef in noodles no tomato in the sauce and the focaccia was fair. The best thing was the calamari and the meatballs added to my partners spaghetti. I'm not a big drinker so I can not comment on the alcohol choices. However on my overall experience scale, this was more of a 5/10.

Felt rushed. The server was just doing his job. Cannelloni. Was not good. It was two premade rolls fried with a lukewarm center with one bite of chicken. The roll was a pre made fried roll which looked like a pizza roll. A little cheese sauce was was drizzle was on the center. Very disappointed. I think they were cutting corners on time and money and showed. My Negroni also was warm and flat. So for $15 a drink not happy. I am local and for all the hype go somewhere else.

First time at QB. Nice place and very friendly staff, great location for dinner pre Thalian Hall. Nice menu and good wine offerings. My fettuccine dish was very good. Wife's chicken Parmesan was a bit over cooked. Did not know Thursday night is live music. Two musicians were good, but way too loud IMO for this venue and we were seated toward the rear. Will definitely return (not on Thursday) as overall we liked QB.

Chicken Parm and Eggplant Parm was very good... side pasta needed more sauce as it was dry.. Ceasar salad was excellent,,, Overall, we loved the food,, My only complaint was the drinks were really weak..When you charge a premium for a cocktail, make sure the customer can taste the vodka,,,, Dont be cheap..

We were in Wilmington celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We like Italian food and had checked out several local Italian eateries. We decided to try Quanto Basta. We were so pleased that we came back for a second night. We would have returned for a third, but QB wasn't open on Sunday. Thanks for the great food and memories. The service was excellent as was the free Prosecco.

Overall the food was good, but not outstanding. I got a pasta dish with a side order of scallops (pasta average, scallops were excellent). The other party got shrimp risotto which he said was very good (shrimp delicious). Very nice wine list. Great service. Rather noisy, including some undefinable background noise not related to other diners (not music, but noise - maybe from TVs which were on in the bar area).

Our only complaint was the Chicken Parmesan my husband ordered, was very thick and undercooked. All other dishes were very good. We do enjoy this Eatery very much. Nice atmosphere. By far the best dining experience we have found in the Wilmington area.
