We came in to try something new and we ended up getting charged way more than we were expecting. The menu they give you does NOT provide the prices you pay, they claim that they tell you to go online for the current menu but the print is very small and tucked away. When this was brought to the attention of the manager we were told there was nothing that could be done and it was our fault for not knowing when we were not verbally informed during any point of our meal. Do not recommend if you’re looking for good Mexican cuisine either, the food was very bland and very messy.

Having lived in Southern California for over 65 years I'm spoiled by the Sonoran style Mexican food I enjoyed there. The food at Si Senor was OK, but nothing to write home about. The meat in the brisket taco was dry and lacked smoky flavor advertised. The shrimp taco was tasty but wrapped in a Taco Bell pre-made corn shell with a flour tortilla around it???

Food and service were fantastic when they first opened, but it’s gone downhill over the last 18 months. We’ve given us multiple chances but after today we won’t be back. Examples:Menu prices are subject to change and they don’t tell you it differs from what’s listed on the menu, you just get a bill with the higher price. The Sunday brunch fare is a bit bland.One of the managers is quite rude when he waits tables, and he was annoyed when we asked for our children’s drink to be served in a plastic cup with a lid (he brought the 4 year olds drink in a bar glass).When we last ordered carry out, sides and toppings were missing but they wouldn’t replace them. It’s really disappointing, this restaurant had great potential but we won’t be back.

I'm a regular visitor at your Restaurant, have always been pleased I brought two guest with me and one Lady was a first time visitor and I was so Embarrassed over the Rude attitude from Chris my waiter, he never welcomed us didn't introduce himself to us offered something to drink brought drinks to us, returned about ten nini later ask what we wanted didn't offer a menu then came back said we had to order on line and I said you should had said that to us we put our order in he came back ten minutes or longer never offered us refills on drinks and then I ask for more salsa please he took my dirty bowl and that was considered cross contamination, then when asked for a to go box it took another 10 min came back with an attitude then when I went to pay he just sits the top box at me and never explained to me what to do it's the first time I seen that I have always put my tip on paper then he literally snatched the tip box from me never said Thank you and come back again, I was so embarrassed for my friends . It was Friday evening 2-9-24 and the thing is it was Booming with business PS he never smiled

Food was good. Serive was horrible. Chris the waiter was horrible. He was not informative or friendly. He kept us waiting for long periods of time. I've never experienced such bad
We have been at least twenty times and sadly it has gone downhill. Maybe it was just because it was a Sunday, but we order the same things most times, and it is clear that they are beginning to cheap out on portion sizes and quality. We usually tip heavily because the service is good, but they are showing signs of not really caring about the customers, just get em in and out. I had the Totoppo salad with blackened chicken and usually it comes loaded, but this time it was half the size and almost no chicken. The marguerhita was like sugar water from the slushy machine. Chips were good, but thats it. Will not be back for a while.

We wanted regular menus. He rolled his eyes and then took a few minutes to give us one. He just dropped them on the table. The. We had to wait another 10 min for him to take our order. Then we had to wait for refills on our drinks . My friend wanted more salsa the man snatched the bowl. The. Dropped it off. Then we had to wait for the check. He just dropped it on the table. Then he came back with this little gadget to pay. We had no idea. How to use it. He gave us an attitude when we were trying to figure it out. Then we asked for a 2go box. Again he rolled his eyes and took about 10 min for him to bring it back. He was not friendly at all.
