Susan is amazing and the staff at this location. I shared with staff the meal I was picking up from Smithfield was a reward for a young teenager who accomplished her weekly school goal. Smithfield’s provided a free banana pudding and said to let the young girl know Smithfield’s was also proud of her work. This is what differentiates fast food chains- the staff and service. 10/10!!!

Smithfield's has the best potato salad and coleslaw of any fast food chain and most restaurants that I have experienced. The fried chicken is tops!
I ordered the BBQ sandwich meal. It was really good and it was loaded with BBQ.

This Smithfields location was torn down and rebuilt into a very nice restaurant a few years back. I have been to many Smithfields throughout our state. This one is run well. The service and food are always excellent.Parking: They have a free parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: This is a wheelchair friendly restaurant.
Ordered online and picked up through drive through. Was given grief and told I had to go inside to pickup door dash-…. Im not a delivery driver…, 8 months pregnant and just wanted my food.Got the food; fries were super old and stale, cole slaw was too warm for me to feel safe to eat with consideration of the state of other items and chicken was dry but greasy.Never had such a poor experience before. Hopefully a one time thing.

Love Smithfield's pulled pork sandwich!! Soooooo good, perfect comfort food. The coleslaw on top is perfect, but the red sauce is the kicker that makes this one of my favorite sandwiches ever. Service is always friendly and professional - even through the drive thru!However, the chicken tenders are too thick which makes them rubbery. I do not recommend them but have heard the bone-in chicken is fantastic. Hush puppies are super good too!

Excellent food and always more than we can eat, for a good price. We usually run into someone we know.
We arrived around 8:30pm after the evening fireworks at Wrightsville Beach. Ordered a Tailgate special of fried chicken and sides. We were disappointed by the oily and dried chicken which had an aftertaste as if fried in shortening oil. Did mentioned the issue with the fried chicken to the cashier but they only said that they are sorry. They did not offer to notify the manager. Need stating again what huge disappointment for us being served fried chicken which has dried meat with an oily exterior crust that is not crispy or crunchy. The sides were not dried out and hot but the fried chicken at a fried chicken establishment should be the show bought not discards served to customers.
EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT! Our first time was today and I can’t wait to go back! Customer service was outstanding! Thank you!
